Mga kaibigaaaaan, Kamusta? HAHAHAHA! Nag iistart na nga pala ako mag buhaaat kaso medyo hirap din ako sa ibang exercises di ko kase na eexecute ng flawless pero. Yung ni bench press ko kanina total of 40lbs ayos lang ba yon? Nabubuhat ko siya ng 8 reps 2 sets tas pag 3rd set na mga 6 reps. Tas nag deadlift ako kanina 70lbs naman naka 3 sets ako pero ang mga reps lang 12 12 10. HAHAHAHA Yooooo. Magpost ako ng picture ko para makita ko nyo kung gano ako kapayat HAHAHA Baka naman may bashers dito, block ko kayo lol! ^^

rest paps give it time to recover, pero kung kaya go! but i don't recommend it. OR train other body parts nalang na hindi sored hehe
when will the body get a chance to rebuilt itself if you keep on breaking it

Pano po kapag walang sore yung mga ni train ko kinabukasan? What does it mean? NO PAIN NO GAIN daw eh?
And when will i add weights? Kase 40 LBS po yung ni Bench Press ko eh medyo mabigat din naman siya
the body adapted, try a different set of exercises, btw not being sore doesnt mean it didnt have any effect...

dapat ba ang training ng skinny guy 3days / 4days? HAHAHA
training creates a calorie deficit, the more calories you burn, the less calories are allocated to build size, you can train more than 4x a week as long as you keep it short and heavy....why heavy? if you train heavy you cannot train for very long, if you train light, you can last longer...more calories down the drain..
