Pa comment naman po ng mga workout nyo tsaka mga kinakain nyo sa araw araw para naman lumaki katawan ko hays! HAHAHA

    compound exercises like squats. tapos pag talagang nagtitipid ka, at least 50% or more of your body weight in protein. (tama ba grammar ko lol. basta ganun) :D examples: grilled tilapia and chicken.

    try nyo rin po check sa personal journals dito sa forum, pinopost po nila yung workouts nila.
