    Mas mataas protein content ng breast kaysa sa thigh. Pero ako mas gusto ko thigh kasi need ko fats

    Salamat sir, yan ba ang fats na need sa keto? How about kung nag IF ka sir?

    Protein is almost the same, depends whats your reference, thigh has a higher fat content which you need for fuel doing keto

    If your doing IF and still in a deficit, nothing wrong with eating thigh fillet, breast are bland and taste like paper, you still need to add condiments like mang tomas or ketsup which defeats the purpose......enjoy
