Dati pag nag boil ako isang tray para di magastos sa gas at pang isang linggo na rin, tapos i ref, then kuha lang ako tig 6 eggs per day tapon ang yolk, pero lately kinakain ko na rin pati yolk kasi sabi nila wala naman problema pag sinama mo sa diet. Pag nag scramble naman po ako syempre kasama lahat hehehe mga 4 to 6 eggs, haluan nalang ng kamatis, sibuyas bawang at kung ano ano pa.
