    Today
    Diet same as yesterday but dinner we went to kentucky. Ate some fourth chicken and some desserts. My macro might be too much.

    nakita ko yung sa egg diet mo... sa mga master po dito. advisable ba isama yung egg yolk or hindi? may nabasa kasi ako dati good cholesterol daw yung yolk kaya ok lang.? totoo ba yun o hindi? thanks po!

    Dati pag nag boil ako isang tray para di magastos sa gas at pang isang linggo na rin, tapos i ref, then kuha lang ako tig 6 eggs per day tapon ang yolk, pero lately kinakain ko na rin pati yolk kasi sabi nila wala naman problema pag sinama mo sa diet. Pag nag scramble naman po ako syempre kasama lahat hehehe mga 4 to 6 eggs, haluan nalang ng kamatis, sibuyas bawang at kung ano ano pa.

    Workout at night
    shoulder Less set and reps and weight
    triceps complete
    abs 1set
    At home got dizzy, lasted 24hrs.
    Started not to have rice on night meal,
    Ate only 6pcs eggs

    Then egg later,
    Oatmeal mix with proteinpowder before sleep.

    read all the post of comments and you will find eating lots of eggs are healthy, not to mind the egg yolk. ;)

    shrugs added 10lbs from what i used to lift
    abs 1set

    I feel weakened today, more time on resting before each reps, sets.
    workout time around 1hr 30mins
    walktime almost 3hours (no break)
    walk to gym 15mins, back home 15mins.

    should i have consume more food today?

    back pain came back again on last set of db flat press, wrong lift force :(
