    ^^tama si sir Troll.. you are skinny fat pa.. parang u gained a lot of fats sa almost 2yrs na pagbubuhat mo at wala kang na gain na muscle tbh. You need to change how you workout by getting out of your comfort zone and also watch your diet by upping your calories of course mind the macros so you can be ahead of your game.

    Here is what you do

    1. Get your BMR
      https://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/basal-metabolic-rate

    2. If it says 2000cal, allocate 40% or 200g (800cal) protein, 40% 200g (800cal) carbs, 20% 45g(400cal) fat,

    3. Increase output thru Hiit cardio or lift with more intensity, not weight, intensity..your daily out output shoul 2300-2500calories,

    2500(output) - 2000( calories from food)- 500caloric deficit a day...which means youll lose 1lb a week of fat.....

    1. You ask, Will i still build muscle while on a caloric deficit? Answer is... yes, as long as your protein is high....

    5, eh sabi sa magazine dapat mataas ang calories pag nag papalaki
    Answer 1: those guys are on steriods and insulin, they need more calories or else theyll die, literally
    Answer 2. Dont worry if youre on a caloric deficit, if your body lacks calories, dun sya kukuha sa store fats mo. Just keep the protein high and youll be alright.

    Oo nga sir naging pabaya ako sa pagkain ko may nagsabi din kasi sakin noong nag uumpisa ako na kumain ako ng kumain pag mag babulk . medyo nakakapagsisi din sa tagal pero balak ko sanang ma eliminate yung fats ko and maka gain ng lean muscle nag dagdag nako ng cardio and HIIT sa magkaibang araw nito lang din last week . Sorry late reply mga sir . 1.5k po yung everyday goal ko na cals. and 150 protein

    They need to change the term "bulk", it just gives people an excuse to eat pizza and ice cream, i cannot suggest on how many calories you need to eat, you know your expenditure and if you are over eating or eating the wrong kinds of food, just use the trial and error method, if your gaining too much weight, cut back and let the mirror be your guide. If your losing strength, that is normal when cutting, some people panic and go binge when this happens, stay on course and let go of the ego...if you binge, just log it as a cheat day and move on,....ganun yun....take the hit, shrugg it off, asses yourself, make a mental note not to do it again, then move on.
