Wheat Bread

nakita ko is wheat bread

ang serving size niya is 55g

*serving per container 10
--->protein 30g per serving

ung wheat bread is 10 slices ung (loaf/tasty) kung tawagin.

so 1 pc/slice of wheat bread 30g protein?

tama ba? kasi parang kataas diba.

thanks sa mga sasagot

Protein ba talaga ung nakalagay sir? Baka carbohydrate? Kasi sa gardenia wheat bread serving size(2 slices) amount per serving 8g protein. So ang 2 slices=8g of protein

@raokikun 55grams per serving, serving is 10 slices, 30 grams Protein per serving
patak nun e 3grams Protein per slice.

Anong bread yan?

I think this is the bread that can be bought on SM supermarket / Savemore?
The nutritional label is probably wrong.

30g of protein equates to 120 calories na. Then you add the calories from carbs and fats pa.

It might be a typo error using auto compute ng ms excel. Probable na 6% lang yan :)

naka rinig na baya kau or naka kita ng pan de malunggay? it's a pandesal infused with malunggay known as moringa oleifera (very nutritious). uso yan dito sa Cebu, I don't know dyan sa manila. as for taste, surprisingly tasty and it doesn't have that bitter taste sa malunggay, lalo ng kung mainit pa. here is the supposedly nutritional facts.
