    Squats - 150lbs
    Bench Presses - 120lbs
    Bent-Over Rows - 125lbs (Failed, same weight)
    Overhead Barbell Presses - 85lbs
    Stiff-Legged Deadlifts - 245lbs
    Barbell Curls - 60lbs
    Calf Raises - 125lbs
    Barbell Shrug - 130lbs
    Lat Pulldown: 230 lbs

    Gained 5kg from 80kg (last Sept) to 85kg(Oct 31)

    Alam kong may fat akong nagain pero sana may lean mass din.

    *still love handles parin problem ko.

    Updates sa 1 year na nawala ako dito sa pbb:

    Tried many diet and workout programs.
    Currently I'm on IF diet tapos basic workout lang (Correct form, slow reps more on sa contraction ng muscle).
