    First, try to address what exercises aggravates the pain...
    Give you an example: "Putting the bar too low on low bar squat(the barbell rests on the rear delts/back of the shoulders) shift some of the weight of the load from the back to the arms, putting too much pressure to wrists..."

    We usually get injury from doing the unnatural form/improper form...
