no offense sa IIFYM users, pero dapat di lang macronutrients ang nafu-fulfill natin, pati micronutrients, na mostly wala or kung meron man eh kakaunti sa mga process at junk foods kung ikukumpara sa mga whole foods.
boss ako on my part tinatake consideration ko yan. pero for the sake of adhering and pagiging consistent sa food, mahirap kasi pa bago bago ng kinakain, feeling ko dun ako lalo mahihirapan.. kaya i develop a talent, i eat same meals, with same shit stuff and same food everyday without getting any umay. lolz
