    Iwas ako sa mga red meat, lamang-loob at nuts. Favorite ko ang peanut butter pero there was a time na sumasakit talaga ang kanang paa ko kahit konti lang naman ang nakain ko. Sabi rin ng doktor ko dati na iwasan ko raw ang paginom ng whey protein.

    Di ako nagyoyosi, no drugs at occasional drinker lang ako kapag nasa Pinas. Guilty lang talaga ako for having long periods of sedentary lifestyle kasabay ng bad eating and sleeping habits.

    Iyong may mga Hypertension mostly nasa side ng ermat ko at lumalabas ang symptoms pagtungtong ng 30 years old. Iyong pinsan ko active runner at sumasali pa sa marathons pero 29 years pa lang siya nang ma-diagnose. Si ermat naman namatay at 44 years old & she had kidney failure, which nabasa ko dati ay complication rin ng Hypertension kapag napabayaan.
  • Hey Guys well i think that Proteins is made up of amino acids which body system uses to repair cells. Too little protein leads to low energy, increased hunger and lack of muscle. That's why eating the right amount of it is important for losing weight.Thanks!!
