kelangan mo lang maging consistent. Ganito ako kasi 12 years nako consistent. Mahalaga ang training and nutrition but if you can't commit yourself to it day in and day out, sayang ang effort. At wag ka matakot magkamali, trial and error lang yan :sport:

Madami as in. Pero ang main focus ko lagi sa stretching hamstring, glutes, groin at lower back. Spine decompression din. Yung ibang muscle at joints winawarm up ko naman instead na stretch kaya madami aki ginagawang warm up sets.
