    ^ ahh sige itry ko nalang visit yung site mismo. baka gawin ko lang syang listahan kung anong program/exercise ang isusunod ko.

    parang di ko gusto yung kung paano ilog yung weight na nabuhat for that day hehe. thanks brah!

    Sir V, grabe binasa ko journal mo simula umpisa dami ko natutunan lalo akong ginanahan magbuhat. lalo na about sa nutrition nakakainspire. ang bilis ng gains mo parang hindi ko yata kaya kumain ng 1kg manok in 1day hehe! as of now naka page 36 na ako bukas ko na ulet itutuloy hehe!

    Thanks bro! kung page 36 ka na mabilis pa talaga gains ko dyan kasi kakagaling ko lang nyan sa successful cut so mabilis ang rebound weight. Maguupdate ako ng progress pics ng bulk ko pag may time, wala kasi ako maayos na pics puro biglaang kuha lang hehe :sport:

    Sige Sir V, abangan ko yan para may reference din kami pag bulk. uwi na ako mag undertime na ako sa work padating na si bagyong glenda eh hehe! daan ako GYM kahit brownout sige buhat lang kahit kandila lang ilaw inspire ako eh hehe!

    ganto ang pangarap kong katawan sakin e pati bigat. pag maging ganto katawan ko di na ko mag dadamit pa :sport: hahaha

    pano ba ma achieve ang ganto bro? 1 and 4months palang ako nag bubuhat at lack of protein ako kasi student palang. tas 120 a day lang naman baon ko :duh:

    kelangan mo lang maging consistent. Ganito ako kasi 12 years nako consistent. Mahalaga ang training and nutrition but if you can't commit yourself to it day in and day out, sayang ang effort. At wag ka matakot magkamali, trial and error lang yan :sport:

    Madami as in. Pero ang main focus ko lagi sa stretching hamstring, glutes, groin at lower back. Spine decompression din. Yung ibang muscle at joints winawarm up ko naman instead na stretch kaya madami aki ginagawang warm up sets.
