    Age: Turning 28
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 85 kilos / 187 lbs.

Problem: 34-36 waistline + bulging belly fat :( (dyahe talaga)

    Good day po!

Improper diet , Yosi (not a drinker due to Asian Flush) at Puyat ang sa tingin kong reason kung bakit nagkaganito ako..

    1. Stationary Bike
    2. Ab Glider
    3. Ab Roller
    4. 2 Dumbells (10 kilos each)
    5. Yoga Mat

you should do variations of training on your stationary bike. ung ab glider at ab roller pwede mo ng ibenta. walang maitutulong sa fat loss yan. tutal fat loss lang naman ang target mo, hindi na requirement ang gym membership. :)

ang alam ko si Confucius nagsabi nito....

    eto pa isa from him....

Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.

too much internet... if you want a fat loss, then do it.. kung masaya ka dun sa ginagawa mo go, pero kung wala naman nangyayari dun at kung target mo pa rin fat loss .. register na lang sa nganga.com.

If you can go to gym, then lift heavy as per boss aloy.. No shortcut to size!
Count your food!

I enjoy swimming but hell, I suck with it.

    So it's true?

yes it's still true. you might not become an olympic swimmer, but at least you are still swimming and not given up. and every time you're in that water, you are better than you were the day before.

there is nothing flawed about this.. it's not an argument, it can be stated as a fact. if you enjoy something, then it will be effective because you will tend to stick with it.

i was in the same situation as the TS when i started, and i am just giving him the advice that worked for me, given his limited equipment and the fact that he prefers to stay at home and not go to the gym.. which are just 2 things.

try to find something you like to do so you will stick with it..
try to find something that will not need the equipment that you have, which we all agree on is not very effective to begin with..

so for both items above, i suggested running because it worked for me.. requires only shoes, and you might like being outdoors. i know this is a weight lifting forum, but given his equipment, he can't do much lifting now, can he..

to TS.. until you get better equipment or enroll in a good gym, you might want to visit running forums to find out more about running and how it can be more effective towards your goal of losing fat.
