What is the meaning of clean bulking and dirty bulking?

    I agree with sir mighty. I just started my lean mass plan last june 3. From 159lbs im now at 160-161lbs and im sure thefirst thing i gained was fat +water. After being dry and lean for months the body will first store what it lost. Muscle gains will soon follow. But of course kung titinginn sa salamin hindi ganun kaobvious yung fat gain if you bulked slowly and carefully. Experience na ang kelangan mo sa stage na to.

    If you mean that 0% fat gains then you're wrong..
    I'm saying that you minimize the fat gains compared to dirty bulking and you won't do a lot of effort in your future cutting ;)

    I'm on a cut tho ( not advisable but I did lol ) but my strength still soaring high like on my DL's from 220 lbs to 320 lbs x 4 in a month. During that span , i was 64kg and lost about to 59 kilos..

    After my cuts, I will do the slow bulk, so my lifts will be weaker if I do the "Clean bulking"? , meh so I'll do forever cuts na lang to keep my strength up?

    Sorry sir, not making a side ha, pero puro tayo lalaki dito.. Kelangan pa ba natin magbolahan dito or pa impress sa isa't isa?
