What is the meaning of clean bulking and dirty bulking?

Dirty bulking naman is NOT fat gains! Exaggerated ka naman masyado. LOL Yes may fat gains na makukuha sa excess calories however, meron ka ring lean gains dito just like clean bulking but also WITH PROPER NUTRITION(enough protein to build muscles), REST and WORKOUT. To do dirty bulking you need to eat more than the caloric surplus an individual takes in clean bulking. Others even take thousands of caloric surplus. May mga nabasa ako but could be wrong though na mas malakas ang buhat nila with this strategy and mabilis ang pagincrease ng weight lifts nila.

Oops! Naconfuse ako hehe hindi ko matandaan kung ano yung so slow parang may nabasa kasi ako dati "SLOW GAINS". Di ko matandaan kung saan nkarefer yun Baka sa looks? could be wrong though too.

However nagkakatalo lang ang food choices pagdating sa mga substances/nutrients na kasama sa food that could hamper the health nung kumakain. but then again we have these diets like keto na high fat, average protein, low carb and wala naman nairereport na lalo tumaas ang BP dahil sa mataas na fat intake that busts the "eating fat is gonna make you fat" na belief. Kung sa tingin nyo na eating fast food stalls your progress or hampers your health then you are free to opt for an alternative food source. Someone dumb enough only would classify fastfood/processed food as "dirty" food pagdating sa diet practices.
disclaimer: i'm not defending processed/fastfood or any other inorganic food source. like ng nasabi ko sa taas kung sa tingin nyo eh unhealthy para sa inyo ang mga kinakain nyo obviuosly kelangan sya baguhin. Pero wag masyado magmataas sana ung iba na kesehoda they eat "cleaner" foods.

Tomoh, lalo na yang mga hormones na yan (e.g. cortisol) malaki ang role nyan sa body composition.
Honestly, about sa food chain foods walang kaso, basta itanong mo sa cashier kung ilang timbang nun sakto na. Ang problema mo lang dun kung adik ka sa macros eh kumpleto lagi yun at wag kakalimutan pati yung micro nutrients.
Kasi kunwari strict no carbo diet ka ( Paleo or Primal ) or high fat diet ka ( TKD/CKD ) mahihirapan ka since ang kunwari burger eh kumpleto yan. Other than that as long as if it fits your macro gorabels.
Wag ka lang lalagpas ng 10000000000 calories araw araw sa kinain mo at mananalanging ako na sana maging macho ka lalo.. heheh.

Ung iba, akala nila sa clean bulking... lahat na kinakain ay clean foods (veges, lean meat, fruits etc.)
at sa dirty bulking naman, lahat naman kinakain ay dirty foods (chicken, burgers, fries etc.)
pero hindi talaga ganun ang meaning...
ung clean bulking, kumakain ka 100-300 caloric surplus sa iyong maintenance... bali gumagain ka ng weight ng mahina (1-3lbs a month), mahina ang gain ng muscle at strength mo PERO ang benefits nun ay maliit lng ang fat gains mo
at saka ung sa dirty bulking naman... kumakain ka more than 300+ caloric surplus..
mabilis ang pagtaas ng weight mo.. ang benefits naman nito ay mabilis tumaas strength mo sa lifts, mabilis din ang pag gain ng muscles mo.. PERO, bilis din tumaba mo..
kaya sa aking opinyon.. I would go for clean bulking..
kahit hina ka mag gain ng weight, atleast puros muscles.. walang taba.. para hindi kana mag cardio at diet kung sa huli ^_^
