that will vary sa program na ginagamit mo sir, anu po ba ang current program mo?

it would be better kung may program template kang sinusundan para mas madali mag track ng progress mo.
  • Can you recommend any sir? yung pang beginner trying to loose belly fat and gain muscle?

Pano mo nasabi bro what's your basis?

How come using DB's more superior to using BB's?

barbell syempre...you'll be able to lift heavier because balanced ang weight distribution.
dumb bell naman for isolation exercises...

if he will do the Flye.. then it becomes an isolation exercise...

not all DB exercises are automatically considered Isolation.. and/or for shaping/ TONING

    toingks!

    IME
dumbbell kung di mo gaano mafeel
    muscle contraction like me.
    then next ang barbell.
  • In my humble opinion bro's.

Then after 2-3 months try dumbells, more stabilizing muscles in the chest ang activated dahil both hands ang mag babalance sa dumbells and you can certainly feel it more in the chest :)\

Pero both are good :D For bodybuilding purposes dumbells ang pipiliin ko :)

For me, why choose one when you can do both? You have the best of both worlds. Just don't do over training.

    My 2 cents.

so pano yun? doble ang sets at reps mo kada body part? kasi sabi sayo BB first before DB. So after mo mag 3x7 sa flat bench using BB,3x7 naman sa flat bench using DB? ganun ba? :huh
