For additional motivation to reach our goals and some healthy competition amongst us Bro's. Hindi po ito pataasan ng ihi.
Rules:
1. Conventional or Sumo stance is fine but not Strongman style (hitching not allowed).
2. Preferably will post a video of the lift so we can see your awesomeness.
3. No spot (not srs)

Pag sa ganitong weight pala pag papalapit ka na dun sa goal mo lalong humihirap. Baliktad amps!

Ah pwede to ! hehhe na stack ako sa 240 LBS ( totoy pa kesa sa DL nyo T_T ) pero di ko alam na pwede pala mag hip drive sa conventional..
Try ko na rin yung sumo hehehe mukhang masaya yun, baka sakali makabuhat ako lagpas tatlo.
or mali lang ako ng pagkaka nood?

Pero 200more to go haha nasa 300 palang maximum na nabuhat ko kasi, hanggang dun lang plates ko sa bahay. Sana yung squat ko humabol din sa deadlift hehehe.

Ganyan din issue ko dati sa kamay ko. Nawala na din yung kalyo ko at traces nalang.

master ano bang pwedeng accessory exercise or workout na pwede mag improve ng ang DL poundage?

During our last GWO I checked on Dimzon's form and technique. His current PR was 210lbs but he got 230lbs on that day, partida nag T-bar rows muna sya before mag DL so compromised na agad strength nya kung tutuusin.
di ko pa na try 1RM eh.. PR ko 270 for 4 reps kaso di ko na maulit hehe
Nag start na din ako mag glute ham raise pampalakas ng lower back at hamstring =D. Pati good mornings hehehe
Sino na naka-500 dyan?
