    realistic goal, im not gona compete or anything, satisfied nako as long lumalake ako, lumalakas padin ako at healthy at the same time, parang nawawala nasa isip ko ung cutting like para bumaba bf% ko para mag ka abs, or maging shreded as fuck, sa ktawan ko mahirap ma attain yan without the help of you know.... lol. also i have very serious fucked up genes, pero chinachallenge ko padin ang genes ko, so as of now, long term goal ko to, hanggang maaubtan nako ng mga anak ko na nag ggym nadn sila, lolz!

    sir dalt what do you mean nung sinabi mo na mahirap ma attain "without the help of you know"?

    thanks core! ngayon ko lang nabasa ang thread na to. at imagine nasa ika 10th year na ako nung napagusapan ito hehe

    i dont think there is a timeframe for you dream physique. kasi it will depend on the short term goals you set and reach. set a goal, then reach it then do it again. its a cycle of small achievements and keeping what you achieved every year. our goal will always change but as long as its geared towards your dream then you are in the right path.

    gains are not permanent regardless if you are natty or not so basically the person who is consistent will get there eventually. some just want it more than the rest! :)

    @CORE: hopefully, kung hindi magbabago yung goals ko then malamang same ang direction ko for the years to come. malaking bagay ang short term goals kasi pwede ka malihis bigla or mapabilis naman. worst case e bumalik ka sa start pag mali ka ng naset na goal or walang kinahinatnan yung results ng goal mo. hindi talaga pupwede yung mabilisan dito kasi baka lalo ka lang matagalan at masayangan ka ng taon.

    so minimum 8-10 years pala dapat or pwede na makita yung dream physique kung pagsisipagan talaga ;)

    ^ depende siguro sa tao yan bro. may kanya kanya tayong standards kasi. example kung ikaw sa sarili mo e 2-3 years ka pa lang sa BBing pero feeling mo andun ka na at nareach mo na ang full potential (or almost there) as a natty then congrats to you. pero kung ramdam mo na wala ka pa dun kaso stuck ka na at wala ng progress choice mo na yun na mag-assume na that's the end of the line.

    yun na nga si vinch, minsan kala mo kulang pa yun pala labis na hihihi Parang ganito, sabi ko kulang pa pero sabi ng nanay ko tama/labis na lol hahaha

    pero tama ka sir, siguro depende talaga sa tao (training, nutrition) at sariling tingin/pakiramdam naten sa katawan naten. Siguro ako, since nag sisimula na ako matuto ng mga tamang bagay bagay sa BBing sa tulong ng PBB, bilang ako 2-3years ulit (sana at gusto ko matuto ng tama) after that at di pa ako lumaki into the next level, alam ko na susunod ko hehehe

    di ko pa na aachieve yung dream physique ko as a natty pero naachieved ko na ung ung dream ko nung simula na nagregister ako dito sa pbb hahaha 10kgs of lean muscle.. ung 10kgs ok pero ung lean muscle, hinde hahahaha

    pero ang pinaka maganda eh madami ako natutunan at nadagdagan kaalaman ko kaya tuloy tuloy lang kasi wala itong katapusan hangat kaya ng katawan at isipan

    Eto so far assessment ko, based on my experience and sa majority ng kilala ko:

    Newbie gains = 1-3 years
    -May decent transformation
    -iba na itsura compared sa old self

    Intermediate = 3-6 years
    -Nagimprove sa size
    -Mas developed ang muscles sa major bodyparts
    -kahit hindi ganong lean may obvious separation sa muscles especially sa shoulders and arms

    Advanced = 7 years and up
    -Matured na ang muscles halatang batak na sa buhat.
    -May decent strength overall (considering maayos ang training)
    -Mas malaki tignan although hindi nalalayo ang timbang nya sa previous years.
    -Hindi na halos nagbabago itsura every year at minimal improvements yearly
    -Hindi na din masyado lumalakas pero yung kaya buhatin before ay normal lang sa pakiramdam

    oo bro lalo na kung kasama sa goal mo ang ibang sport other than pure bodybuilding.

    Sakto! Pero sa napapansin ko wala pa kong nakikitang muscular na badminton player (puro slim and/or legs lang ang may definition), I want to be the first!! Wahehehe  :bench:
