mga masters, question lang po. parang lately, actually 1 week na, everytime i do my workout routine, i feel soreness on my elbows. especially pag mabigat na yung mga binubuhat ko.
^bro check your exercises forms. Baka somewhere between there may mali ka sa nagawa mo. Much better kung ma videohan mo sarili mo or join GWO para ma check ng mga masters dito

as per the advice of jetti...possible na wrong ang form mo sa pabubuhat...that's the least problem in this case...
if you're doing the exercises in the right form yet you still experience the same pain...a check up with your doctor would be in order...

my PM7 is good enough for another week, 10 days of the most...need to buy another bag soon...
Ang NEVERENDING na alamat ng PM7. Sir kung may melamine content yan marami na siguro dito tinamaan sa dami ng user ng PM7. Im sure may regular check up ang ilan sa atin so dapat meron na atleast isa na nag share dito pero wala pa ko nabalitaan. Isa pa yun company na distributor ng PM7 sa atin eh may LTO no. sa FDA so meaning Approved sila ng FDA. Before naman siguro mag issue ng LTO nacheck na nila mga product na ibebenta ng company. Kung di man takot lang nila mawalan ng licensed dahil sa pagbebenta ng may masamang content. Btw share ko lang sa pharmacy namin every month gumagawa ng report (Income, Items, Patient, Dr. Prescriptions etc..) yun pharmacist namin at sinasubmit sa FDA. Pati RND nagcheck nun. Ganun sila kahigpit (badtrip sila lol). I think ang company na distributor na meron LTO gumagawa rin ng report sa FDA monthly. SO ibig sabihin kasama na yun PM7 dun sa sinasubmit nila. Meron kase samen tinda PM7 kaya nacheck ko yun company na nagdistribute samen. Based sa LTO no. nila under yun company sa food distributor category ng FDA. So ayun po lang po akin

i no longer take it 3x a day, after i've monitored my macros...so talagang supplement na lang sya for those days na
