No DOMS after intense workout

I just got back to the gym after a week of full rest,since kakabalik ko lang I was expecting a lot of soreness,here are the sets
bench press 3x8
Inclined dumbell press 3x8
Military press 3x8
seated shoulder press 3x8
tricep pull down 3x10
seated dumbell tricep extension 3x8

workout was intense i cant barely lift the last 2 reps
any ideas why?

    It doesn't matter, DOMS is not the gauge whether your training was good or bad. Instead, setting new PR's (poundage/reps) should be the main concern during training.

    no problemo fafs kung walang soreness... di na rin nananakit katawan ko eh :) performance level lang every bakal days

    ikaw na rin ang nagsabi, bumalik ka lang sa pag ggym after one week of rest. hindi naman ata ganung kabilis ma reset ang muscles natin.
