    Afternoon. Sa may city hall sa Urdaneta City... Old City Hall.
    4pm. After late exam. [size=x-small]Started two hours after call time; 8am.[/size]
    Decided to drop by the business and accounting office to inquire for gyms here in the city proper before heading to Robinsons Calasiao. Forgo there's no business operations during Saturdays.

    So far I've checked 4 fitness centers/gyms, only three has squat racks; Gymmer's Hangout Fitness Center (Urdaneta City Branch), Temcen Gym, and Muscle Hardcore Gym. All are owned by competitive bodybuilders. Strongtower Fitness Gym, however, has a smith machine. Got the tip there's another two gyms head north and south parts of the poblacion; JVK Gym and Erum Bros Fitness Center.

    Airconditioned bus ride to Robinsons Calasiao by 6pm, then hitched back home...

    Calves DOMS keeps me from working out yesterday. Postponed today, later afternoon or evening. But was awakened in the middle of my slumber due intense itchiness am having over the body, several hours after last meal...

    Earlier this morning. 2:06am. Was rushed to ER room due hives/allergy attack. I think its the third or fourth major attack. Sore skin and itchiness all over the body. Bit pain on the back of my head. Having the hard time to breathe a bit due to trembling (not chilling from the cold air). Cost me four shots. Was given anti-histamine at first, only on the head part subsided. Then IM injection of steroid on right delt area, Hydrocortisone. Both compounds are in 3cc, I think).

    9:27am. Woke up fully recovered, with some pain still on right shoulder.

    Both, allergic ako sa mataas ang preservative content; i.e. MSG. Yung spaghetti ang last ko na kinain at [size=x-small](Excuse me with this one.)[/size] sinuka ko. Dati pa ako kumakain ng spag, ngayon lang nangyari ito, suspetsya nila dito sa bahay yung hotdog na hinalo doon sa spag, since hindi naman ako masyadong kumakain ng hotdog, to an extent, wala na yun sa food chain ko.

    Not that I'm fishing for cheer-ups. But...

    Granted that I spent the whole bulking phase(two years at most), natural way, to some extent without even the aid of supps and here I am competing to those who spent their off-season/pre-contest juiced.

    Being said, that I will have to shave my body hair. Which is a bitter pill to take, but I understand that it's mandatory on bodybuilding competitions.
    But there's something else has been bothering me, and I've been contemplating about, since I've ventured to this sport. It is expected to happen. I have to choose among two big choices in my life which will define the rest of my next. (Not pertaining to AAS, btw. Just some sort of family disagreements on beliefs)...

    Decided to deload the week since been hitting the gym irregularly.
    Part of left palm got caught on the peg of Flat Barbell Bench upon racking the barbell. Managed to continue training despite bleeding, but had to wash the wound every after sets to minimize contamination.

    Helping with the maintenance of the windows. A sharp edge managed to cut through the pinky finger whilst wiping the windows panes. Got caught off guard due temper... again. Did apply first-aid immediately.

    I haven't managed to visit the irons since this rush started. Need to install back the glass panes before the guests arrival. Going to repeat... again [size=x-small](For the damn second time mentioning this word...)[/size] the DELOAD WEEK next Monday...

    Hot/Warm compress on the both whole thigh areas. First in the early evening, then today just an hour ago. Going out of town again and leaving three hours from now—Bolinao—a coastal town on the tip of the horn of the province of Pangasinan. Might get home by the late afternoon. Still got DOMS on the adductors. Hope this'll recover before evening...

    Summer family roadtrip... Two hour drive of asphalt roads and dirt to the remote falls of Bolinao. Municipalities that'll be passed going to the destination; Lingayen, Labrador, Sual, Alaminos City, Bani, Bolinao.

    Afternoon. Sa may lighthouse sa Bolinao... The Cape Bolinao Lighthouse.
    Headed to one of the most iconic places in Pangasinan. A long dusty hour-drive to this point. Unfornately, we didn't managed to catch up the Coast Guard Officer holding the access inorder for us to climb up and see on the top of tower overlooking the panoramic view of West Philippine Sea/South China Sea. Arrived on the wrong time. Best to view this spot an hour before the sun sets over the horizon. Somewhere around 5:30pm.

    Caught a glimpse of a garage gym here in Bolinao on way to and back from the lighthouse—Gym de Bolinao. I think it still lies on the Poblacion, Bolinao. Just beside a car wash business establishment; RJ Car Wash.

    Afternoon. Sa may restaurant sa Lucap, Alaminos City... Maxine Seafood Restaurant.
    An hour drive from Bolinao, passing Bani to the wharf of Alaminos City. One of the famous restaurant here in Pangasinan, facing the Hundred Islands National Park. A restaurant obviously caters seafood cuisines and local delicacies of Pangasinan.

    Evening. Home...
    Arrived around 7:40pm. NO WORKOUT. Exhausted after the long haul of the trip and short sleep earlier of the day.
