Leche kasi ang mahal ng lean beef meat sa palengke putcha 240-260 per kilo, pero mas brutal salmon 280-290 per kilo.. pero matindi pa rin tuna belly , blue fin pa yan o yellow fin 300+ haha.

However, another pain encountered this day..
I never lift since Friday, sat and sun ( sat were a nomo night where as cheat day )
I was observing the pain since friday, nothing fancy on fri-Sun , same as the "doms" effect..
But today the left lower back area has an awkward pain.. parang ngalay ang dating.
No pain during urination or any specials or alien exist using my jr when uratinating still a clear colored piss.
In the office, I love to sleep on my desk , different stance, naka yuko, naka sandal or naka tagilid.. makapikit tulog ako.
This area has the same pain related taken from mr google :
binabasa ko nga yung sa kidney symptoms eh.. pero parang weird, ayon sa kidney symptons ang jingle bels ko ay pretty normal at ang tubig intake ko ay extreme naman..
Pero observe ko pa, tutal papa check na rin naman ako this week using my HMO hehe.. knee caps, kidney's, liver, creatinine level at gastro ( sana wag amg recommend ng colonoscopy at endoscopy ) lol
