Amino is not oral steriods. Amino acids lang yan, building blocks of protein. I'd rather eat eggs than buy that.

1st week na pasok ko po doon sa gym, as far as I can remember more or like 115lbs, may mga kasabayan din ako, yung mga matagal nang nagwowork-out doon. And for the less than 2mos.(4x12 routine/5-6x a week) I gained like 35lbs of lean mass and BF, pero ang nakakagulat doon my BF range is bet. 10-14%! Hindi naman masyadong na-amaze yung mga nandoon pero pansin din nila yung pagbabago. From ecto to meso-ecto...
Another thing is, binenta yun sa akin ng trainer, at sabi niya pa sa akin huwag ko pang sabihin sa gym owner yung sideline niya. Maybe becoz of business interference, kelangan niya ng pera. At kapag nalaman ng gym owner yun sideline niya, ewan ko nalang doon kung anong parusa sa kanya...
Tininggil ko rin yung paggamit after two months for two reasons, yung price and for the sake of my liver/kidney. Humina ako, hindi ko na feel yung energy/boost na nafefeel ko usually after working out.
Nag-supp din po ako on my second month training. Kaso medyo nagdoubt po ako doon sa binebente po sa akin. Yung nasabi ko na po sa mga latter posts ko po dito sa journal ko. Yung Amino Mass. Meron po ba yun in capsule form? Balak ko po sanang bumili ulet then ipost ko po dito incase na familiar sa inyo. IMO, it do looks more like oral steroids.
Ano ba talaga koya? Pasensya na sa sasabihin ko pero puro ka "I know" pero ang dami mo namang mga bagay na kas simple lag naman eh naguguluhan ka pa at di mo naman alam.

Like na-shock siguro po yung katawan or something...

Onga boss. Lamon din ako ng lamon. Sinuggest ko lang din yan sa kanya kasi base sa diet niya mukang hindi niya nga nakukuha yung protein req niya. Galing na din sa kaniya na kung anong nakahain or something like that.

Kunyari masakit ulo mo tapos bigyan kita ng pill at sasabihin ko sayo na yan ang pinakamahusay na pain reliever sa buong mundo pero candy lang pala yun. But dahil sa na convince ka sa sinabi ko eh nawala pa din yung sakit ng ulo mo.
May nabasa mo po akong sa Yahoo Articles about sa ganyan. Hindi po siya ginamit yung word na "placebo". Pero sabi doon sa article, nakaka-contribute din po daw yun tipong kapag sa fat loss, iisipin mong papayat ka while working out, papayat ka din.
IMO, it just drive you to get motivated kapag ginagawa mo yun, pushing yourself harder, therefore nakukuha mo yung result.
BTW core, I hope you are taking the suggestions with an open mind, since you are planning to join a BB contest. At least our mods/members here are straightforward with you not because you are wrong but they want you to look your best ,come the competition day. core iho makinig ka sa mga koya mo dito at hindi ka papahamak ng mga yan.. kasi ang bodybuilding ay trial and error dahil iba iba tayo ng systema ng katawan at genes. pero mga koya mo dito napagdaanan na yan mga yan kaya alam nila sasagot nila sayo.. may problema ka sa nutrition mo kala ko ba goal mo 170lbs pure muscle, how can you do that with that kind of nutrition.. tandaan mo your competing this october you want mass.. ang bodybuilding requires dedication you need lots of motivation and lalo na natural ang approach mo. ika nga ni sir mighty iwan mo muna ang ego mo sa banyo dahil hindi makakatulong sayo yan sa bodybuilding.
Medyo nagdodoubt ako sa weight ko, kanina lang before I workout, 141lbs dito sa weighing scale sa bahay, pero pagdating doon sa gym, 135lbs(after workout), either may peke sa isa sa dalawang weighing scale na yun(I'm more in favor doon sa weighing scale sa gym, Ensayo Fitness kasi eh, "PROUDLY PINOY" . Unlike dito sa bahay, you name it!). Or science explains, dehydrated yung body...

Nahirapan ako sa pagkain sa Meal 3. Nagkulang sa hour interval at maalat yung pagkakaluto (Hindi naman ganoon ang pagkakaluto nila sa putahe dati. Ok naman noon, wala lang sigurong tomato sauce or panulak, kung ano man...), hindi pa tuloy masyadong natunaw yung latter. May nag-uwi nanaman ng box of Dunkin Donuts sa bahay. Pero wala na yung "craves". Gusto ko rin sanang kumain, pero priorities muna. May contest pa ako!

ok yan kung tingin mo nag gain ka, using that drug / supp. pero ang tanong healthy ba ang katawan mo by taking that drug.
kase ang whey is just protein, baka ung tinetake mo na amino eh may ibang sangkap pa, pero nasayo naman yan. katawan mo yan.
