Uh.. nde pko nakapagtimbang ulit pro ung last week before ako nag carb load according sa timbangan ng bayan i lost 3 pounds after 2 weeks from my orig weight not much sa scale pro pagdatin sa salamin madami ako nakikita na changes ung love handles ko paliit na ng paliit saka ung flabby arms ko halos wala na.
2pm: whey only (no crea for 1 week dahil waley anda haha)
4pm: fried pork kasim, 1 part VS Omelet, 1 fried chicken thigh, cucumber+lettuce+TID+Mayo
630pm: 1 chicken thigh,cucumber+lettuce+TID+Mayo
9pm: 1 pork kasim, cucumber+lettuce+TID+Mayo
11pm: fried pork kasim, 1 part VS Omelet, 1 fried chicken thigh, cucumber+lettuce+TID+Mayo
pre bedtime meal: whey, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp EVOO
Gained 6lbs again after carb load. oh and by the way before ako nag carb load last fri i gained 1 lb compared sa last weight ko week before last week. though im sure nde sya taba coz i can tell na medyo lumiit ung tagiliran ko. i have discussed this w/ sir milk and sir last nung workout EB and sabi nila it is more likely muscle hehe. will wait to go back on ketosis hopefully tomorrow or not later than tuesday
katakot naman pala ketosis,brain damage, kidney failure kalaban.ngayon ko lang nabasa may ng aapi pa sayo ng lagay nayan,wala lang siguro mga alam yung mga yun.anyway na pdf ko na yung keto meal mo, improvise ko nalang siguro.thanks ulit master ds
actually maraming arguements about jan, kasi majority nung mga nagsasabi na deliakdo sa kidneys at sa utak ang ketosis is ung either nde pa nasubukan ung diet mismo or either ung nagundergo na may failing internal organs or nde sinunond ng tama ung diet. if you want try reading ung "the ketogenic diet" by lyle mcdonald para malinawan ka kung anu ang pro and cons ng keto diet. note that im not trying to force you to do the diet, however i suggest research ka muna husto bago ka venture dun sa diet na to kasi ako nagreaserch muna ako ng husto bago ko nakumbinsi sarili ko na gawin ung keto bukod pa sa results na nakita ko kay sir last.
actually pagdating sa weight medyo minimal ang pagbaba, why? i think nag-a undergo ng recomp yung body ko instead na fast plummet ng timbang kasi im pretty sure im not getting fat and some of my stubborn flabby areas are shrinking little by little when i look sa mirror. so im not paying much attetion to the weight pro i still monitor weekly. 6th week ko na to though i think i started all over again last week hehehe. nagkamali kasi ako ng tantsa sa protein macros ko during my 4th week and i barely entered ketosis so inshort parang useless ung week na yun. hehehe
yup I agree kasi ung sa kin hindi na din talaga bumaba ung weight ko ng 162lbs. naglalaro lang ng 162-165lbs ung weight ko pero nag iiba talaga ung composition..
oks insan. kainis kasi minsan ung BMI dun samin since nde bumaba ng 24% ang BF ko according din eh samantalang andami ko nang maluluwag na xl at 2xl shirts. hehehe

un pala ang magic ng body recomp. i think mas beneficial ang fat caliper kesa weighing scale, am i right?
Hehe Insan last medyo malayo pako sa goal pero im getting there little by little. malayo pa naman ang july ko na event so i got lotsa time. :P
