I checked the mirror this morning medyo nag shrink (medyo lang naman) ung love handles ko and ung natitirang flabs ko sa arms ay halos wala na. pero syempre andun padin ang aking man-boobs at ang 1-pack ko ehehe.
now this is OT: Nakakaasar padin tlga minsan ung pag may mga nagcocomment ng uber below the belt about how you look and anything related to it. Ive grown accustomed to ridicule eversince i've gotten fat and im fine w/ it coz I know how I look like and that's why im trying my best to change my circumstances. I guess when i heard such comments yesterday, i guess it just caught me in a unpleasant mood and I almost snapped, good thing i knew better and did not coz i can definitely do the worst to them once my vision completely goes dark but im no animal so a big NO hehe. "sabi ko na lang sa sarili ko "sige tumawa lang kayo, at least ako may ginagawa para mabago sitwasyon ko, kayo? asan? stucked padin kung asan kayu? BooYah!" LOL! la lang just want to rant a bit i hope you guys dont mind.

Im on Ketosis since yesterday though the signs today are very much noticable than yesterday. Bukod dun sa amoy gamot na wiwi is I'm definitely feeling na parang may fruity acidic taste sa lalamunan ko. Will try to check the weighing scale again before I carb load on friday.
Sir last at sir milk anu oras nga pala tayu mageensayo sa thursday kasado na ang VL ko (yes talagang nag VL ako ahahaha) :P
