ung singaw nung wiwi ko barder buh habang nawiwi nde ko naman inamoy directly eh hehehe. yep mawawala tlga cravings mo kasi bina-blunt nya ung appetite mo sa pagkain. eversince nung nagstart ako never pa nag growl tummy dahil gutom, or never ako nagkaroon cravings sa food. mas nakafocus pa nga ako sa pagoras ng kinakain ko kesa dun sa pagkainmismo eh haha!
pro infairness nagugustuhan ko na tong diet na to. pwedeng pwede ko kainin ung mga peyborit kong menu lalo na ung mga prito ehehe. fresh fish na dish nalang ang di ko ba naisasama sa menu ang mahal kasi ng isda gusto ko sana isama para mdyo maiba naman hehe.isa lang ang mdyo di ko fave effect sa diet na to ung "unable to retain water" kasi mas mabilis ako mauhaw since nagstart ako keto, not that i hate it, i just least like it kasi malakas naman ako magtubig tlaga nde lang ako sanay ung palaging parched na feeling.

am snack: cheese n mayo..minsan ala pa kasi busy..
lunch: chicken..kugn anung available..kanina world of chix lang..
pm snack: ala, coffee lang
dinner: ewan..kung anu lang available..kapag d ko gusto..hindi na ko eat..
ah ok, hehe sakin kasi ako pa nagpreprep nung meals ko mahihirapan ako imonitor kasi ung carb intake pag sa labas ako bumili food baka maya lumampas ako ng todo at mawala ako sa ketosis. ako natulad na kay sir last kinukutsara derecho ung evoo haha.
ung pinaka mura yung gamit ko alam ko ung tig 115 pesos per 250 ml. nde ko maalala ung brand hehe mga tatagal yun sakin mga 2 weeks kasi twice a day lang ako tumira nun mayo ako mas madami at dressings hehehe.

ahaha mabilis ba? kelangan ko pala i adjust ang ciphering at hearing mechanism ko nun para mapickup ko lahat ng mabilis ung mga info na ibibigay nya. hehehe

Carbload day last sunday was a bit of a failure dahil nasobrahan ako ng kain ehehe, at naimpacho kaya absent tuloy kahapon dahil di nakatulog nung sunday night ehehe, pro tama ang sabi ni sir last, ang laki mo nga after carb load day, tapos unti2x lumiliit ulit pag papasok na ketosis. aayusin ko pa yung carb load days ko para di maimpacho ulit ehehehe.
11am: 2 slices (of 6) SPAM (less sodium variant), 1 slice fried pork rump (na ubos na need to restock w/ something else), lettuce+cucumber+TID+mayo, 1 tbsp EVOO.

2pm: whey+crea
4pm: 2 slices of spam, pork rump, lettuce+cucumber+TID
630pm: 1 chiken thigh, lettuce+cucumber+TID
9pm: 1 chiken thigh, lettuce+cucumber+TID
11pm: 2 slices of spam, pork rump, lettuce+cucumber+TID
pre bedtime meal: Whey, 1 tbsp evoo, 2 tbsp mayo.
Im back in ketosis now, for I have the signs of it again, and my weight is back to where i left off last week before carbo load. lets hope i lose more fats this week again before i carb load again by friday afternoon hehe.
