hi sir,, im not a master of abs.. hehehe, pero isa lang napatunayan ko, simula nung nag diet ako (low carb/keto) dun lumabas yung abs ko... hehehe. nung hindi kasi ako nag ccontrol ng kain malaki katawan ko pero walang abs... nung nag diet ako (keto/low carbs plus caloric deficit) dun lumitaw yung 6pack.. pero under develop pa yung sakin... pero sa 3months na ganun diet,, ok narin.. hahaha, consistency lang... good luck sir.
I agree. Hindi lang abs ang lalabas kungdi pati ang definition ng pinag hirapan mong ma buo na muscles sa ibang part ng katawan hehe. Low carb diet + IF = machopapa hahahaha

diet is the key.... kung matagal ka ng nag llift/gym at wala kang abs at nag tataka ka? mag CUT ka... yung abs mo nag tatago sa fat.proven mga sir.diet is the key
Which brings me to my next question, how do you know know or what factors do you consider na its time to cut na.
lets say youre 160, you gained weight 170, you have increased strength, then 175, you see a little more, then you reached 180, and it stopped, you can do two things, add a bit more weight to see if there are still strength gains..or go cut, there is a law of diminishing returns, there is a point where you get too comfortable and stay bulked up all year...when i was 220lbs, i can lift the same weight as when im 250 or 260..sometime bulking is an excuse to eat junk, it was just in denial...
