    kaya dito na ako ng brebreakfast ...para pagkauwi ..tulog na agad
    kaso nagigising ako sa tanghali ...kaya imbes na gabi ang buhat nagiging tanghali ...

    sabi ko parang Stiff Legged DL ... pero hindi daw ganun ... nag explain pa siya kesyo meron daw kasing 3 kinds ng DL ...the normal DL, stiff-legged and sumo ... then napa isip na lang ako ...where is the romanian DL? napa iling na lang ako ...

    hmmm ang stiff legged DL and straight leg DL ...yeah ...para sa akin same lang sila ... pero yung romanian ...parang iba ata ...and yung traditional ..yep ..yan talaga ang common satin dito ..pero ang masama ..dun sa gym namin ...mejo old school na ata yung PT ..so mali daw yung traditional na DL at walang ganun sa DL list nila haha :banghead:

    Point is, yung PT kasi dun they are referring stiff legged DL as the traditional/conventional DL. Or the correct DL if that's how they say it.

    At yung traditional DL na ginagawa namin (picture below) ay mali, dahil hindi daw DL yun kundi parang squat daw. Hehe

    At yung stiff legged naman nila yun daw yung magka dikit yung paa. Not sure kung ano yan haha

    Anyway, all in all pare pareho namang DL yun nga lang iba kasi main target ng SLDL.

Pro ako ang pagkaka segregate ko ng Romanian is and "good mornings" ng DLs why? kasi pareho sila ng form ng GMs ang difference lang is ang bar placement.. I dont do SLDLs usually as it kills my lower back on heavy loading. though i dont do RDLs as well. i just do GMs instead and it hits the same spot sa RDLs

    Yes yun din nga pagkaka alam between Romanian and SLDL.

    Hmm napansin ko din nga na halos same ang form ng SLDL sa GM kasi pareho ko silang ginawa kanina dahil wala akong pull through's tapos alanganin din mag back extensions, as per sir mighty pwede ko naman daw isubstitue sldl.

    Kaya lang siyempre hindi na ako makapag heavy dun sa dalawa. Hehe.

  • try mo yung GHR sa lat machine paps instead na SLDL. maganda carry over nun sa squats :)

    sir DS , question lang ..not familiar sa mga short terms ...ano yung GHR? meron din kasi akong SLDL sa program ko kaso sinama ko siya sa Legs day...
