may tanong ako 1 month i stopped taking creatine not because its deloading or what. nag stop ako kasi wala na budget haha, pero lately started taking it like more than a week na napansin ko parang tumaba ako or lumobo, am i imagining things again? h…

just a little update ang sarap ng sakit sa chest ko tried adding 10 sa dumbbell ko so 100lbs na hehe shoot na shoot yung target area ang sarap :)

and stick to low carb diet talaga ako ngayon like sanay nako sa 1 cup rice and fatloss is slow pero i can see the lines(cuts cuts ba tawag dyan?) on my upper body na though my tummy is a lil bit bulging but better than before as in way better. haha

im on a deficit mejo doing well on a 2k cal per day but according to fitnesspal the protein intake is 99 grams but most of the time i go beyond 99 like lets say 120-130 grams at maximum... well its getting technical so im a bit confused now haha

hi! just a question though about my protein intake how much would it be? since im 200lbs/90 now. backtrack lang just to make sure thanks guys. cuz most of the sites ive read about 160grams or lesser

ako 3 months na nag gygym sir pero di naman ganun talaga ka bilis ang gains from 105kg went down to 90kg with proper nutrition tracking the cal intake haha mahirap talaga siya kaya enjoy nalang <3
