    ako din sir, iniiwasan ko sugar at asin... kaso pag nag papasalubong si mrs.ng favorite kong pagkain like reese's choco hindi mapigilan... bwahaha, sabe ko nga wag ka na mag pasalubong niyan kasi hindi ako makatanggi.. lol

    thanks sir sa reminder,, i mean yung ma sasalt pala na pagkain.. like junk foods,condements etc, pero syempre yung ibang kinakain natin may salt narin in moderation.. dati kasi nung nag kakanin pa ako lahat ng may sabaw na ulam automatic may patis,calamansi at sili combo sawsawan,minsan nga maski prito may ganyan padin. hahaha sabay junk foods na mataas salt content for merienda,paktay.., ngayon lahat ng salt in moderation tsaka sa healthy sources dapat galing. hehehe, panuorin ko nga tong vid. :)

    ganyan ang idol ko mga tol... fitspiration, yung iba sige pag alak,at yosi,,, tayo gym lang.... at babae.. asawa ha,, hehehehe.. astig sir.

    since monday ( except friday) i did omad, medyo gotten used to it...funny thing is, didnt lose strength and size....kain ko puro 2200 + cal
