Try reading leangains.com. Glycogen depletion doesn't happen that quickly. I'm doing IF right now and fasted training.

Bulk Diet Bulk Diet Bulk Diet..pero may limit ang Natural Gains natin pero sobrang matagal nga lang bago mo ma experience yun....
tsaka habang ginagawa mo ung bulk diet bulk diet bulk diet eh mas nagiging Better ka..
yan ang kadalasan mali ng karamihan pag hindi nag bubulk eh ampayat pa din kahit ripped o naka maintain lang sa pagiging ripped
