kaya ako whenever squatting I rarely look in the mirror. I let my body "memorize" kung gaano ka wide stance ko, how wide my grip should be, evenhow to place myself in the middle of the bar para balanse pag unrack. Not easy to do but not impossible either hehehe. malakas daw kasi maka "bro" habang nagpi preacher sa harap ng salamin hahaha.
^ganun? Dumaan ako nung fri sakto kakasara lang half day daw kaya umuwi nako. Sabi nya magbubukas daw ngayon weekend. Baka maconfirm mo kung bukas sila sunday morning sabihan mo naman ako.
