    Ok yan, kung sakali bro isa ka sa makakapag patunay kung legit o hindi ang IIFYM.
    Yung gumagamit ng IIFYM na tulad ng sayo ah.
    Since kasama sa regular mong kinakaen ang hershey's, smuckers, kool aid, cakes, lay's etc at sandamakmak na peanut butter.
    Kasi ang pagkakaintindi ko sa IIFYM you'll eat anything, kahit lahat ng considered ng karamihan as "junk" or empty cals as long as it would fit your target macros.
    Kasama sa daily diet yung mga pizzas, burgers, processed foods, sweets, etc..

    Meron kasing nagsasabing naka IIFYM sila pero kung titignan mo kinakaen e hindi naman kahit ano kinakaen.

    Abangan ko progress mo.
    Dream bulk nga yang calorie intake na yan.
    Let's just hope it's more on Lean mass.

  • Most people get the concept of IIFYM wrongly, or used in an exaggerated sense. When you say IIFYM, it doesn't necessarily mean that you can eat cake for all your carbs and hotdogs for all your protein. What IIFYM simply means is, that you count your macronutrients and that you could fit 'unclean' food in your diet, as long as you have hit micronutrient and fiber needs. Most of the food that you should consume on IIFYM is still 'clean'

    Edit: Not even sure if this pertains to anything, but what is said above is my definition of IIFYM

    I said You can eat anything kahit pa considered ng karamihan as junk.
    Pero hindi ibig sabihin lahat ng carbs galing sa junk, lahat ng protein galing sa junk,
    malinaw ko din sinabi as long na pasok sa macro.
