    Ako sabi ng isang site na nasearch ko bteween Endomorph and Mesomorph daw ako
    Pero dati kasi talaga akong Endomorph tapos nagpapayat muna ako bago maggym ngaun yung tiyan ko parang endomorph pa rin kasi may fats pa rin na natitira pero mejo lawlaw na siya kasi onti na lang, tapos may nakita na ako dalwang upper abs, pati sa braso ko may lawlaw na balat din siguro dahil nga dun sa pagpapapayat ko, hirap lang ako ngaun maggain ng muscle ang bumagal kasi yung metabolism ko! takot na kasi akong tumaba kaya onti na lang ung kain ko ng kanin! :)

    P.S. nga pala mabilis din ako maggain ng fats!

    pero ngayon maintain nalang ako.. masasabi ko nasa endomorph pa din ung katawan ko.. pero nakapag trim naman ako at hinihintay ko nalang mabawasan ung fat ko sa tiyan para lumabas ung abs hehe

    kung gusto nyo mag burn, try nyo mag diet, kahit walang fat burner eh effective. tiis nga lang :sleepy:

    sa ngayon ang timbang ko 130-132lbs.. kakabalik ko lang sa gym pang 2 months ko palang na tuloy tuloy eh nakapag bawas nako ng mahigit 10lbs.. natigil ako almost a year din.. hehe

    okay lang po ba arnis during day and night(pag gising at bago matulog) tapos weight lifting sa hapon?

  • My height is around 5'6 and my current weight is 67.3KG my previous weight on the last 2 weeks was 72KG, I lost 5 KG in just 2 weeks without protein supplements or fat loss supplements. With the helps of 1 hour and 15 minutes workout 4X a week(2x Abs workout) and a completely white rice removal. My key is discipline and consistency at first it is so hard for me not to eat rice cause I'm not used to it cause I ate a BULK of rice everyday 2x a day sometimes 3x a day (HALF of the normal rice cooker) the other half rice is for family lol ! I'm a badass white rice eater. The hardest part here is when I'm about to sleep cause my tummy is keep on growling and I'm having hard time to sleep because of that but every time I'm having hard time to sleep I always tell to myself "ONE DAY THIS PAIN WILL MAKE SENSE TO YOU". The only food I ate is the main dish like (Sinigang, Adobo, Tinola, Bicol Express and etc with my hardwork pays off I gain a Serratus Anterior when I'm lifting my arms and I'm so proud of myself for achieving that thing but I'm not done yet I still have more work to do, I'm just getting started reducing my weight.

    but then again if you think your doin fine, then continue, its too early to tell the results cause its just merely 2weeks.

    true to this, water weight lang yan for sure pero kung talagang trip mo ma eliminate ang carbs, good for you pero keep in mind what's the importance of those carbs on your body.

    Plus add ko na lang din about what I've red what makes you hunger, the greline hormone and the excess sodium on those junk foods. Nakakabusog for short term pero ultra fast kayo magugutom dun :)
  • @Drazard: how about other carbs? totally wala din? try mo kumain ulit ng rice, pag naglabasan mga ugat mo sa buong katawan for a a couple of days malamang lean ka. pag naging bloated ka naman after a while, water nga lang yung nawala sayo. at hindi lang subcutaneous water, pati intra muscular water. try it para malaman mo kung itutuloy mo pa yung pagcut ng rice :)

    sir, on my case sa structure ko na hindi ugatin talaga. Kahit nung 90 lbs lang ako noon wala akong nakitang ugat (skinny shit bastard)

    My question is, yung mga ugat na visible dropping BF like 10% differs on each person?

    Kunwari 10% BF ang nakikita ko pa lang na ugat eh sa biceps area ko at dun sa forearms compare sa ibang 10% BF eh puro ugat na.

    Pwede ko bang indicator to on my end sa style ko ngayon?
  • @jettie: yung pinapatry ko kasi kay drazard is to check how full his muscles will become after cutting carbs. usually kung lean ka na with a decent amount of mass then you cut out carbs like what he did, once you put the carbs back in you will look fuller/bigger. flat at bagsak kasi yung muscle pag depeleted ka sa carbs. sa case nya na 5kg drop in 2 weeks baka maconfuse sya between fatloss and water loss (worse kung muscle loss pa). so for him to gauge kung tutuloy nya pa yung hindi pagkain ng rice or any carbs yun ang suggestion ko :)

    sa case mo naman, kung ang pagdrop mo ng weight is slow ang steady kahit hindi ka gifted sa veins e confident ka na lean ka na. so vascularity is not really an indicator of leaness though over the years ng pagbubuhat maglalabasan talaga mga ugat natin everywhere kahit hindi ka tuyo kita pa din sila. yung sinabi ko kasi kay drazard ginagawa ko yun usually the day before ako magbeach, carbload ako after 1 week of dropping carbs :)

    i see. Kaya pala parang mas okay ako tingnan sa sarili ko when eating tons of carbs after workout * usually when waking up after a heavy meal with carbs * parang mas tuyo at solid ako compare sa pagising ko ng no carbs coming from white carbs.

    Kasi sa pagkain ko eh on my rest days low carbs, high fat , workout days low fat , high carbs
  • ^at mas solid pa pag nakaihi ka na ng madami.
