Hi. Hindi ka po makakagain ng mass kung yan lang alone ang itatake. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Wala akong masyadong deep understanding sa benefits ng pagtake ng aminos alone but I think you can't compare it to whey since it is protein mismo.
Makakagain ka po ng mass kung magcacalorie surplus ka. Eat beyond your daily caloric intake. Just eat kitchen food or anything around na edible basta hit your macros and caloric target Eat chicken, eggs, veggies, fruits, meats, of course add ka rin fats!
Kung sa articles/reviews/forums says that NITRO TECH must be taken 3 times daily, useless ba sya kung ang dosage na gagawin is 2 times per day lang?
Second question, pwede din ba syang 2 times per day pero before and after workout ang intake? Or strict ang Nitro sa in between meals? I'm currently taking my Extreme Mega Mass that was given by a friend.. Ang instructions is before and after workout lang ang intake, I wonder if I can also do this with NITRO TECH if I will shift to that powder.
Nitro Tech is just a protein supplement to fill the extra protein needs of your body na hindi mo na makuha sa whole food.
