RULES ON QUESTION AND ANSWER

1. NO PROLONGED DISCUSSION. This is a Question and Answer (Q & A) Forum. Thus, any questions requiring prolong and detailed discussions should belong to the Community Members’ Forum.

2. RELEVANCY. NO OFF-TOPIC POSTING.

3. NO DUPLICATION. Read significant threads and topics FIRST with titles that might already answer your questions or attend to your needs. Questions which are either answered many times or are already thoroughly discussed under the Community Members’ Forum should not be asked under the Q & A Forum.

4. USEFUL Q & A TITLE. Start a question with a useful title that makes sense and explains briefly what you really need. This generally saves time as you are already giving the readers a bird’s eye view of your topic. Be specific though. General or generic questions may be tempered as it fails the requirement on being specific.

5. RESPOND TO QUESTIONS RESPONSIBLY. While expert advise is highly recommended, this does not prohibit anyone from responding to questions. However, do not offer answer or advise when you do not know what you are talking about. Do not copy paste any answer to the question from another forum as if it is your own. If it cannot be avoided, kindly recognize the source in order not to infringe intellectual property rights.     halimbawa

    9:30AM - drink coffee
    10:00AM - fasted weight training
    11:00AM - take 5g of creatine
    11:30AM - eat my post workout meal


    may mga nabasa po kasi ako sa internet na caffeine cancels the effect of creatine on the muscles

    ok lang po ba mag-take ng caffeine before taking creatine monohydrate ? yes sir.

    sa 9:30am, pwede rin mix up with creatine. i tried this before.imho

    Btw baka meron dito nakatikim nung original myo, myo probiotics at myo elite. Tatanong ko lang sana kung same lang ba ng lasa.

    tried original myo and pro myo na choco noon..

    imho mas ok original myo in terms of taste and profile

    but its just my take on it...

    Tanong lang, is having a sleeping habit of 3am to 11am considered as 8hrs of sleep? lately kasi my body clock has changed and d talaga ako makatulog ng before 3 am pero between 12 to 3 am chumachani padin ako sa pagkain ng meals

    bago ka mag-take ng melatonin supplement, try mo muna ayusin ang sleep pattern mo

    problema ko rin yan these past years. hirap ako makatulog. nakahiga na ako ng 8pm pero gising na gising pa rin ako hanggang 11pm to 12am

    medyo ok na ang tulog ko ngayon. nakakatulog na ako ng bandang 9pm


    di ako doktor o fitness expert pero try mo ito

    1. avoid exercise or any strenuous activity 2 hours before your target sleep time.

    2. avoid arguments or things that rev up your mind/thoughts before bed time

    3. avoid exposure to blue light sources like LCD. blue light suppresses melatonin (hormone that causes us to fall asleep)

    4. avoid stimulants like coffee and energy drinks in the afternoon. i'm not sure about the others but I never take coffee in the afternoon just to make sure it won't interfere with my sleep during night

    nakabili na ba kayo ng on whey sa hindi nakadikit ung bilog na puti? di ko alam kung ano tawag dun pero kapag bagong bili ung tub eh dapat nakadikit un.. pero kanina nung bumili ako sa jillian ng on whey ung bagong itsura na tub eh pagbukas ko sa bahay eh di naka dikit ung puting bilog(seal) na sinasabi ko..
