    i see myself everyday kaya para sa akin, parang walang improvements....
    yung shirt ko lang basehan ko kung sumisikip :yahoo:

    I wasn't able to lift last Friday as scheduled....had to stay at the office and finish some things, but had my workout on Saturdays instead...

    I wasn't able to do work on my chest & triceps after 6 days because of the missed sched. so I
    got DOMS yesterday, sa upper chest and triceps and still got a bit today...pero ok lang, di naman sagabal sa movements...pag magbibihis lang...he he he

    ask ko na rin lang...
    medyo di pantay development nung chest ko...mas malaki yung ng konti yung right...any suggestions para humabol yung kabila?

    i do both Incline Bench press using BBs & DBs...would adding an addtional DB set just for the left side do the trick?

    suggestions and opinions will be highly appreciated....TIA

    Talagang ganyan ata may DOMS pag medyo di nalaro ng medyo matagal...yong sa unbalance chest 'Pre puede yang iniisip mo unilateral presses sa dumbbells tignan mo rin ang form mo minsan yong dominant part nauuna sa angat especially sa BB ..hintayin din natin yong comment ng mga expert dito.

    actually ganun nga sir...pakiramdam ko medyo dominant nga yung right...sometimes naiiwan yung left sa DB press...Tnx sir

    Brod, musta di ka na ba iniistorbo ng aso? hahaha....eto hirap mag diet pag nakaramdam ako ng gutom inom ako ng tubig muna bago kumain hahaha.....para mabusog agad..

    ganun pa rin yung aso sir, medyo nasasanay na yata ako...or medyo pagod lang sa dami ng work kaya masarap ang tulog.

    i also monitor my water intake per day, i make sure that i take at least 3liters a day...during workout days sobra pa...

    bulking pa ko sir kaya di muna problema yung diet...ang problema paano magkaroon ng appetite pareho kay jettie....he he he

    di tayo pedeng sumabay sa kain sa mga bata..medyo bagal na ang metabolism pag may edad na hehehe..one more thing coz of my medical condition i have to watch my blood sugar level kailangan di sosobra ng 110. kaya ok lang brod kahit pakonti konting progress...just try to delay aging..

    agree ako sir...actually yun ang advantage natin sa kanila...
    no pressure sa pagkakaroon ng gains....kasi no need na magpa pogi points sa mga chicks...he he he

    keeping fit and gaining a bit along the way, happy na 'ko...
    work out again tonight :-)

    I had a bad workout last night....short ako ng 1-2 reps than my usual routine using the same weights.

    i was trying to find the reason why and all i can think of was maybe wala lang ako sa condition or i was a bit tired...

    Umulan kasi kahapon kung kelan papa-uwi, i decided na mag DIY Car wash before mag WO para pang warm-up na din...wrong decision...:duh:

    ok lang yan brod, I feel you...there are those days I feel so sluggish...but also there were days even if am supposed to be resting I still bounce to the gym and bust my ass. So bawi lang.

    my schedule got messed up pretty bad last week...even my sleeping time, affected din...wasn't even able to workout after my last post (Wed of last week) not until Sunday...

    my daughter took this picture while i was having my workout...

    bulking pa...malayo pa....marami pang kakainin (pero di ko pa rin kaya talunin si Jettie...he he he)
    basta wala lang atrasan...

    di nga lang talaga maiwasan maka miss ng sched...

    by the way, i read in the other thread regarding Reverse grip Bench press, and decided to give it a try last Sunday, since i want to develop my upper chest....

    i don't know if medyo nanibago lang ako, pero i found it hard to do my usual inclined bp after performing 3 sets of the the reverse grip bp...

    hope maka adjust na ko next sched...

    Thanks allen....actually yun lang naman talaga yung main objective ko dati...
    magpapawis and keep fit only...maybe delay the aging process as sir pacoy would put it...malapit na kami mag half century...he he he

    but because of you guys....medyo nadagdagan yung objective...thanks to the help and motivation from PBB members and mods....

    Preng Noel mukhang heartrob ang dating....di ba? Baka maghinala na si misis sino bang pinapa-guwapuhan mo hahaha.......gaya ng misis ko bakit excited daw ako lagi mag gym hahaha....sino ba daw kina katagpo ko doon hahaha....keep it up bro.

    due to the messed up & missed sched, though rest day ko dapat kahapon, i decided to advance my sched for today and did it last night...

    ayun...pinagpawisan din....medyo gumanda yung pakiramdam ko...though di pa nawawala yung colds...at least i feel a lot better today than yesterday....

    being fit and healthy for a guy who's about to turn 50 by the end of this year was the original plan...but because of PBB may nadagdag na objective....
