Mraming salamat master Milk 'am doing my best lang talaga kahit na medyo againts sa medical condition ko ang sobrang intense na buhat...di lang talaga ako makuntento nong past few weeks na light, volume lifts..... na mi-miss ko yong parang binugbog ka pag gising ng umaga..hehehe..parang obssesive compulsive behavior na ang dating. salamat uli at pare pareho lahat tayo dito ng nakahiligan...hindi na lifestyle to parang regular job na... na kailangan pasukan araw-araw...hehehe....

ano po ba ang mai-sa-suggest niyong delts WO para magka 3D delts? para magkaron ako ng ganyang shoulder sa inyo.
Log ko nalang mga last sets..full body.. I got into all compound moves (1 wu set tapos 1 ws agad hahaha) then few isolations later. parang strenght training nangyari..nakakabato na ilang days na puro light weights.

150x5 .........then rest for about 8-10 mins few iso here and there labo-labong WO. I felt satisfied naman after. OK din pla ang mag deload

pusang ama.....nadale ata ako ng sciatica,.. left lower back tapos parang gumagapang yong kirot sa thigh lalo pag nakaupo ako tapos biglang tayo..sana hindi herniated disc... damn it...
I had sciatic pain back in 2010. upon MRI, i was diagnosed with a bulging disc L3 and partial protrusion starting at L4.
No surgeries were made sir. Here are the things ive done (with the doctors recomm) to treat the condition and become bulge free after 4 months.
- I was on medication for about a month (14 day antibiotics and support meds)
- I had combination of cold / hot compress at least twice per day for 15 days
- I did physical therapy (assisted stretching, mobility and strength)
- Avoided heavy lifting, jumping or any movement that is similar, frequent bending, sitting and standing too long.. and was conscious on my posture
- Reconstructed my diet for about 2 months.. a whole lotta minerals and anti-oxidants (yuck!)
Docs said to stay away from the gym for a month, i still worked-out but with my back supported and avoided doing stupid things and hype-like exercises
After 2 months, i felt fine.. then started doing kettlebell swings... that made the real difference in my recovery... i still feel low back pain (due to inconsistency in activity and age related) and do KB swings as therapy

@Boss Braso, It just happened one day when I was trying to get up from the whole goddam day of sitting at work...age realated wear and tear na rin siguro or from continous lifting..Crippling ang pain pag namali ka ng tayo o upo We'll see what happens after the MRI. I appreciate all the useful info....Thank You Boss.

Kamusta na mga kabakal..Finally back to the game na naman..mild sciatica lang yong nakadale sa kin, so pain reliever, muscle relaxant at stretches lang ang katapat, thank God no serious injuries. Doing it slowly right now.
Thanks also to Ds & Jettie..........It's really good to be back in circulation. I was in the gym the other day like I said alalay lang muna. I tried doing some squats w/ two 45 plates and felt good, so hopefully magtuloy tuloy na ulit.
