    Sir owen naka rest week pa kasi ako this week and medyo nagaadjust pako sa bago kong sked sa graveyard shift. tetxt ko na lang po kayu or si arwin pag bibisita ako ulit OG for training. :)

    Fresh News from 1st Asian Classic (Unequipped) Powerlifting Championships in Coimbatore, India.

    Our very own Lemy Palispis of Team Philippines and Obsession Gym won Gold in Squat, Deadlift, Silver in Bench Press and another Gold for overall total!

    I'll post her actaul lifts once I get it from Alex!

    Pumunta po ako dito, ok ang obsession hardcoran talaga! Pansin ko lang, hindi sila parati bukas. Parang, nasa discretion lang ng owners kung bukas o sarado. I-text niyo muna Mam Rose para sigurado pag punta niyo bukas yung gym. Mabait community dito, parang more of private gym na intimate than a commercial gym w/o character.

    The gym is up for sale. I'm just not aware if they've totally closed it.

    If anyone is interested to buy the equipments please let me know.

    Glad i was able to train in this awesome gym and met Alex, Owen and the rest of the OG family.

    Tips / advises coming from the more experienced master were greatly appreciated and applied.

    I wish the OG family the best in their future endeavors!

    If I'm not mistaken bukas pa, just go there sa hapon or gabi look for Alex, Lemy or Ate Rose.
