payo ko lang brad use instinctive training kasi sa ayaw at gusto natin di na tayo puedeng sumabay sa mga bata dito. kaya kung pakiramdam mo kailangan mo ng extra off sa buhat dont ever hesitate to. pag bago palang talaga kasi at medyo light pa ang buhat kahit araw araw parang ala lang pero pag mabigat na ang buhat mo yong DOMS eh tatama na, ikaw ang makakatantiya sa katawan mo.

tama ka mid 20's, Sarcopenia ata tawag dun, loss of skeletal muscles when you aged. Strength am sure declines when you get older pati muscle goes to atrophy pero puede mong e-delay paonti onti pag maganda ang nutrition mo at exercise of course. But still yong decrease sa testos, growth hormone etc...ako daming dinaramdam but the hell w/ it. I'll keep fighting.
well said sir pacoy, we can't help but grow older each day...and whether we like it or not, made-deteriorate ang katawan natin...but with regular exercise at least we can stay fit and healthy compared to other people of the same age group na walang exercise...
di naman sa pagmamayabang....mga ka-batch ko sa college keep on asking me bakit parang di daw ako tumatanda? simple lifestyle...i don't drink, i don't smoke and i exercise regularly...

hahaha.....oo nga wala ng banggitan ng edad......ayy puyat... puyat....call in sick ako monday..2 nights kami ni esmi sa Indian reservation casino nag club at nag sugal konti..shoot I was up more than 5k na nabawi pa yong iba, 2.8k lang tuloy tinalo ko.....I played 7 cards poker...si esmi slot....tawag ng tawag si esmi para kumain sabi ko sandali at panay ang hit ko ayon nasalat pa yong iba hehehe......anyway back to reality....later gym pahinga muna..

puyat din ako sir, 2 nights na magkasunod....kung kelan alas 3 ng madaling araw tsaka naman nag iingay yung aso ng kapitbahay...pag magising nako, titigil, sira tulog ko...after more than an hour pa ko nakakabalik ng tulog pag masira tulog ko at night...haaay buhay.
Blood pressure up to 160/100....shocksssss..nasermonan ng doc...she said am pushing it too hard where my body can't cash..back to light weight and 30 mins...cardio work....she said if I want to live longer do what she's saying ang problema yong doctor ko eh asawa ko rin...she's my cardiologist niyakkk..
