    natry ko yung 200+ okay sakin ang response syempre may tulong ng supplement yun pero kung dadaanin sa pagkain masakit talga.. okay na ko siguro sa BW = 1g of protein. Kung kulang no fret, kung sakto ayos lang, kung sobra walang kaso din hehe

    gusto mo ng lean pure muscles.
    no joke to bro, no sarcasm, just pure true answer.
    STEPS
    1.workout 6-7days a weak (2x a day : Cardio sa umaga at Weight Training sa Gabi, Must be 6 hours apart)
    2.compute mo ung caloric intake mo.
    3.after computing your caloric intake add 300-500calories
    4.divide your macros to 30 carbs 50 protein 20 fat
    5. take this following supplements
    - Trenbolone Acetate
    - Testosterone Propionate
    - Clenbuterol-40
    - T3 and T4

    and i promise after 2-3 years you'll see the changes
    at 5-10 years mala Jeff Seid, at Zyzz ka na.

    cardio mo dapat hiit, at weight training mo HEAVY dapat deload ka na lang every 3 months

    ung macro's mo hanggat maaari, Sa Carbs Low Glycemic Index at sa Fat eh Puro HDL (good cholesterol)
    and sleep mo dapat 8-10 hours.

    kung di mo man maabot yung 50 protein sa foods pwede kang mag supplement ng Whey.

    mag handa ka lang ng mga 40-60k per month for the supps
