i am following 5x5 bill starr program at first week ko ngayon.Gusto ko malaman kung may certain diet po b a talaga susundin?
I just want to gain weight which is pure muscle? Pwede po ba un? thanks sa sasagot

you will gain some ft but pwede maging minimal lang
just have a caloric surplus of at most 500 calories absolute max

Again kung takot kang tumaba eh imposible din na mag acquire ka ng madaming muscle mass na hinahangad mo. Like what I've said it's like a fairy tale with a happy ending ang gusto mong mangyari sayo by becoming big yet gaining only "Pure Muscle" at walang kasamang taba since takot ka na mawala nag abs mo.
Kung gusto mo mag calorie surplus ka, buhat ng mabigat tapos pag napapansin mo eh natatakpan na ng taba ang abs mo, magpa lipo ka agad kay Belo para ma maintain mo ang abs.
Seryoso yang sagot ko, yan lang talaga ang solusyon na naiisip ko sa pino problema mo.

habang maaga pa lang OP, wag ka na mag ilusyon na may way to achieve this (medyo blunt). kung merong way para maging ganon lahat ng members dito ganon na ang itsura. okay ba?
sir Lean gains user ako so meaning gay ako or gay lahat ng LG user? Definitely hindi ako lean or mascular just like any others here but sir kaya ako nag LG dahil hindi ko kaya yung 5-6meals a day or any other diet program, it suited my schedule and lifestyle.
Nakita na rin ako nila sir mighty, sir ds, sir dalton, sir milk and others that will tell na hindi talaga ako lean o ano itsura ko sir.
Nagbabasa basa rin po ako sir ng mga pwedeng basahin sa net about all of this, kung ano nirecommend pabasahin nila sir ds, might, milk, dalton, allen babasahin ko for it.
LG for me it's not a magic tool or just puff like as anyone wanted to. Any diet programs will work as long as we stick to it for a couple of months. If we tend to shift from another to another, we will fail on our desired results.
Just my opinion lang sir.
Point taken sir, hehe binasa ko rin journal nya and I know how he post and do his stuff hehehe baka rin kasi ma mislead yung iba lang din kasi sir like incoming newbies since dumadami na rin traffic ng forum na pbb which is good.
Gone are the days when Bro's step inside the gym because they wanna be huge and strong and are not just after teh abzzzzz.
Same sentiment with Milk, if you're skinny then that's what you are. PERIOD. Them fuckin' abz don't count.

I had to accept that when gaining some mass it comes with getting some fat belly. Nung GWO nga sabi ni sir DS at sir dalton na naalala ko, "lakas mo magdiet pero manipis ka, try mo kumain ulet at tataas ang stats mo.." Ayun tumaas nga after a month.. thanks to 1 kg rice and other food after workout. Siguro kung ganun pa rin pagkain ko na kaing ipis ang dalas ko mag stall..
When i hit my current stats, I felt like achieving something on my current month 5 month ( lapit na pala mag 6month ) with ofcourse some stupid actions na binilisan mag progress tapos end up ng deloading or stalling daym OHP ko!
"get six pack abs in 4weeks" "six pack abs shortcut" get lean with this 10 exercise" so on so on. damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is is really required na abutin yung, let say, 2.2/lbs of weight yung protein mo kahit hindi mo workout day? i mean, pwede bang i-lower yung protein intake kapag wala ka naman workout?

@Jettie ilan pala bro yung protein multiplier mo? nagiisip na kasi akong mag adjust eh. Parang ang gastos na kasi kung high protein.
ano ba gamit mo ngayon na ratio/multiplier ?
try mo ang 1g per pound of LBM or 0.8g per pound of LBM
experiment ka mas mababa tapos tingnan mo kung may muscle loss or strength loss ka
pag nag-experiement ka, make sure lang na wala kang babaguhin sa training, recovery, at sleep mo
