    balak ko kasi mag dtp next week, pahinga muna ko ngayon para makapag prepare sa program na to. at magstack na din ng supps

    Uy sir musta! Ehehe ok nmb ung recovery sa dtp sa 1st week lng mejo magsasakitan tlaga lahat..pero after at alam m n ung dadaanan mong torture ok nmn na..durinh workout lng tlaga hardcore.. D ko n alam kung san galing ung mga pawis ko..hehe usually 6 hours sleep ko i mean ung pagkagcng ko fully recovered nmn na :) ok dn ung program sir simple but intense..pero pag off or after dtp meju sumusundot ako ng compound exercise..nkakamiss eh hehe

    Kop, check mo yong journal niya miggy's journal magkahawig kayo kala ko nga magkapatid kayo. pati frame niya nong nag start siya ganyan sa'yo. tell me if its not.?.hehehe..ngayon monstrous na siya ganda ng hulma. pareho pati height niyo. check it.

    Eto ang matinding program DTP. I was about to mimic these but I said no hihikain ako. kayang kaya mo kop ilan to mga 12 weeks ba?

    May mga off days din ako gym o life as it is pero. I always wanted to start positive pag gumising ako sa umaga. Ok lang dumanas ng hirap kasi doon tayo mag strive pa para pag igihin ang ginagawa natin. Kasi isipin mo kung wala yon, we'll just take everything for granted.
