    thanks sir. tinry ko kanina, weak pa talaga. pero nag 65kg na ko sa pull down mga 6 na reps at 3 sets lang. hirap kasi iperfect ng form, parang natatae mukha ko. ahaha . siguro dapat gaanan ko muna? :)

    ^ yes, ikaw lang ang makaka alam kung anong pinaka mabigat mong pwedeng buhatin at kung komportable ka pa sa bigat na yun. but at least try to do it with weights that you can finish 8-10 reps. gradually tsaka ka na mag dagdag as you get stronger.

    at dahil hindi ako nakapag chest kahapon ngayon ko na lang ginawa. i feel decently strong early so i tried lifting heavy as i could. here are the lifts:

    incline BB press:
    90 x 15 wu
    140 x 10
    160 x 10
    180 x 8
    230 x 4

    decline BB press:
    180 x 12
    230 x 10
    230 x 8
    250 x 6

    iso machine press:
    130 x 15
    150 x 10
    170 x 8
    180 x 8

    body weight dips:
    4 sets of 12 reps

    cable cross-overs:
    50 x 15
    60 x 12
    60 x 12
    70 x 10

    thats it! bukas legs naman bago mag holy week!

    DS - opo mag papakasakit ako sa pag buhat ng legs bukas ahahah!

    allen - sa palagay ko same level lang ang lakas ko sa flat at decline dahil halos paeroho lang ang bigat na kaya kong buhatin sa kanila. 250-270lbs at the momment.

    Tagal ko mag progress sa lintik na BP na yan. Parehas kami ni Ruel sa OG, decent numbers on DL's at Squats but suck big time on BP!

    ahahah! same as i am weak on pulling movements siguro talagang may mga weaker lifts lang tayo parang kryptonite lang ni superman!

    lilipad na sir milk... ahehe magawa nga yung widelat pullover. same lang ba target ng widelat straight arm pulldown sa wide lat pullover? machine or bar??

    ^actually ganun din ang tama kung ma stretch mo din ng husto yung lats mo sa hindi gaanong wide grip eh. mas stretched lang sa mas wide talaga kaysa sa narrow na over hand.

    chest day earlier. nothing much, just tried 250 on the incline and 300 on the decline bench. i got 4 on the incline and only 1 rep on the decline lol. i got frustrtated sa decline dapat makaka 2 reps ako kaso sobrang ngalay na ng shoulders ko. oh well madami pa naman ibang chest days. ill just practice lifting them weights.
