seven - wala naman special sa training ko regarding my back. i just concentrate on the muscle part when i execute the movement. i dont know kung naniniwala kayo sa "mind over muscle" pero i do believe in this. mararamdaman mo talaga ang tama kung gumagalaw ng tama yung body part na tini-train mo. i hope you get what mean.
great mass builders for lats:
wide grip pull ups
wide grip machine pull overs
narrow grip pull overs
DB rows ( even this can help build good lats not just the upper back )
oh and practice flaring your lats para ma sanay na lumabas yung muscle. minsan mukahang akong tanga sa gym flaring my lats after doing a set but what the heck it feels good to flex them after doing a good set of pull overs lol!
tjdc - do it regularly like a war up set before you lift kahit paunti unti lang. kapag nasanay ka na hindi mo mapapansin nakakadami ka na sa isang set. also you have to strengthen your arms forearms and biceps specially para lumakas ka sa mga pull. but dont forget when doing pull-ups, you are training your lats and not your biceps. stretch and contract as you can and feel the movement around your lats.
stan - malayo pa yan pero pipilitin natin abutin yang ganyang physique!
