    well, kung ang hanap mo ay fast acting protein supp i would suggest hydro whey. its best taken after your workout. i really am not into supplement timing, i just take them kung kailan ako komportable. to each his own ika nga.

    Carbs? Baka you mean protein. Sorry sir not sure about sa kung gaano kabilis ang digestion niyang carnivor, pero, if we would assume na pareho sila ng digestion rate ng real meat, it's possible na hindi siya kasing bilis ng Whey.
    But gaya ni sir milk, I don't want complicated things. I Just make sure to complete my macros at the end of the day :)

    Isa sa mga iniidolo ko dito mula nung sumali ako sa PBB.
    Strenght and size (definition) wala na ko masabi.

    tutorial naman jan sir kung paano mag build ng wide lats :) yan ang isa sa pinakamahirap idevelop, and I think you are the right person na makakapagbigay ng tips sa amin. :)

    marky - dati akong poyatot, so kung talagang gusto mong baguhin ang katawan mo you really have to give your all to it! i cant give a definite time span kung gano mo ka tagal ma achieve ang goals mo pero you can do it. everybody can do it!

    jettie - may time na naiiinis akong bumili ng mga shirts kasi pag may gusto akong design or itsura walang XL or XXL lol!

    seven - wala naman special sa training ko regarding my back. i just concentrate on the muscle part when i execute the movement. i dont know kung naniniwala kayo sa "mind over muscle" pero i do believe in this. mararamdaman mo talaga ang tama kung gumagalaw ng tama yung body part na tini-train mo. i hope you get what mean.

    great mass builders for lats:
    wide grip pull ups
    wide grip machine pull overs
    narrow grip pull overs
    DB rows ( even this can help build good lats not just the upper back )

    oh and practice flaring your lats para ma sanay na lumabas yung muscle. minsan mukahang akong tanga sa gym flaring my lats after doing a set but what the heck it feels good to flex them after doing a good set of pull overs lol!

    tjdc - do it regularly like a war up set before you lift kahit paunti unti lang. kapag nasanay ka na hindi mo mapapansin nakakadami ka na sa isang set. also you have to strengthen your arms forearms and biceps specially para lumakas ka sa mga pull. but dont forget when doing pull-ups, you are training your lats and not your biceps. stretch and contract as you can and feel the movement around your lats.

    stan - malayo pa yan pero pipilitin natin abutin yang ganyang physique!
