    Chest/Shoulder

    Flat Bp: 130 lbs 1stx7, 145 lbs 2nd x 7
    Inclined Dumbell Press: 50 lbs 2x7
    Dips: BW 2x7
    Seated OH Dumbell press: 2x7 40 lbs
    standing side lateral raise: 35lbs 1x12
    Cable Pushdown: 140 lbs 2x7

    Back/Biceps

    slow progress is a progress brah! All kindzzz of gainzzz brah! Atleast makapal ka na! ako ang nipis pa! MORE LAMON na ang trip ko ngayon hehehe ( recenlty had a chicken inasal pecho meal with 6 rice ) hehe

    sir emon still at 170lbs last check ko kanina pagkagising.. nadala lang ng lighting ung pics kaya mukhang malaki tignan..

    bad day @ thegym:
    1 week lang nagrest laki ng hinina ko sa BP biglang di ko nakaya buhatin ung kaya ko buhatin before 1 week off or pwede din nanibago sa arrangement ng routine 1st ko na sa new training cycle sa chest is inclined dumbell press before una ko flat BP.. baw nalang next workout..

    well poundages differ talaga sa incline and flat pero ayos lang yan work your way up pa din.

    nagiba kasi arrangement sir nung training cycle 2 na nauna na ung inclined dbp.. eh sa cycle 1 una flat bp kaya mas mataas lifts q nung tym na un eh ngayon nagkabaligtad na mas gusto q pa naman pataasin yung pressing q sa flat bp.. di ko pa kasi makuha ung leg drive saka lats activaiton.

    well pwede ka rin naman mag stick dun sa unang setup kung target mo palakasin muna ung main lift mo w/ is bench, ang mangyayari nyan is assistance workout mo na lang si incline or secondary main lift. :)

    kaso di ko na masusunod yung training cycle.. haha sundan ko muna yun baka nanibago lang din sa arrangements.. bawi ako next wo day..

    haha pabday lang kasi ni ermats yun eh mauubos na.. sarap pa naman matulog sa locker room..haha.. nung una nangangapa din ako sa mga gamit nila pero di ako nagpapahalata..haha
