  • donbuhdonbuh Posts: 3,164
@Ironpump, samgyeopsal is amazing and loved kimchi..i will take that into consideration..hopefully wont passby the fil section i might not resist the CEBU LECHON!!!hehe

@el-bad4ss am askin for suggestion..if you're familiar with international cuisines serves in a five star hotel your suggestions are much appreciated...nothin in this forum tackles such topic, if so leme know so i can read it..btw, you can't order food in a buffet such as:

"do you have deboned chix breast fillet steamed or grilled and plain brown rice or steamed sweet yam??"

they are considering mostly the ethnicity of the delegates rather than if you're in cutting or bulking phase.. hope you get my point on why am asking for suggestion..if not, then google it...Sir skkin i'll be there for a week and the meals will be in buffet all through out the day over a week...can't tell if i can hit the gym in the hotel coz it's really a busy conference week..lamu naman ang food sa buffet iba iba name even if your in moderation you cant measure right there and then your DCI..bilis ko pa naman mag gain ng weight..

Agree and so long as you're in a calorie deficit it doesn't matter what you'll eat you will still lose weight if that is your goal. A 2,000 calorie tub of ice cream is no different from 2,000 calories of chicken breast. A calorie is a calorie.

Only health reasons are being considered regarding food choices eg. you have diabetes, hypertension etc. that would restrict you in eating some types of food.

Lastly, what you posted is overkill. Do not let you diet take control of your life. Live your life to the fullest, if that is you on your avatar I wouldn't mind having a feast frequently, you obviously need to gain weight.
