@el-bad4ss am askin for suggestion..if you're familiar with international cuisines serves in a five star hotel your suggestions are much appreciated...nothin in this forum tackles such topic, if so leme know so i can read it..btw, you can't order food in a buffet such as:
"do you have deboned chix breast fillet steamed or grilled and plain brown rice or steamed sweet yam??"

Agree and so long as you're in a calorie deficit it doesn't matter what you'll eat you will still lose weight if that is your goal. A 2,000 calorie tub of ice cream is no different from 2,000 calories of chicken breast. A calorie is a calorie.
Only health reasons are being considered regarding food choices eg. you have diabetes, hypertension etc. that would restrict you in eating some types of food.
Lastly, what you posted is overkill. Do not let you diet take control of your life. Live your life to the fullest, if that is you on your avatar I wouldn't mind having a feast frequently, you obviously need to gain weight.
got it mighty..yup i am, 'twas 2 yrs ago..hit back the gym coz ive reached 160 lbs already(around Q4 of 2010 til Jan2011) so was aiming to shred 20lbs in due time..
@ donbuh: hahahaha masarap talaga ang Lechon ng Cebu sir. Satisfaction Guaranteed pero limit ka lang kasi pork meat is not good pag marami kang na kain.
