ako pag clean bulk : isda(100pesos isang kilo),egg,peanut,milk,banana,pandesal with cheese..sarap eh hehe..yun lang..mahal kasi..

pag diet : isda at itlog

    bro anong klaseng isda yan? gusto ko isama sa diet ko yung fish eh.

    Minimum of 6 eggs/day, chicken breast 198 per kilo tumatagal naman ng 1 week pag sineswerte, nagaraya yung tag 18 pesos minsan yung mani sa streets and 1 maliit na low fat milk. meryenda pancit or lomi basta kung ano yung meron sa suki kong tindahan kasabay to ng 3 eggs.

    whey 3 scoops hehe morning, pre and post workout.

    btw nasa cutting pa din ako still try to get rid of my lower abdominal fats.

    Try mo pare yung tuna #1 yun kaso kailangan masarap din pag ka luto kasi ang lansa eh.

    Para hindi iwas O.T.

    Since im on Bulking phase, here's my diet.

    3 macronutrients food group.

    Protein-Anything lean. Cuts of red meat, poultry like Chicken(esp. breast), eggs,Tuna,Cottage Cheese(sa may Los Banos mura)

    minsan Soy/Tofu pag dumaan si suki(non-GMO ofcourse)

    Complex carbohydrates(slow released of energy)-Brown rice(minsan), oatmeal, cereal, whole grain/wheat bread, at si Kamote^_^

    Fats- like flaxseed and fish oil, Egg yolk, Peanuts, Avocado

    And syempre kailangan rin ng calorie for a hardgainer like me, so i consume 20-24 times calorie of my bodyweight...

    Im also taking Promatrix7 before going to bed, para iwas catabolic effect..:)

    Now Bulking phase... No diet... Eat all I want., kain sa Eat All you can., Pero no Softdrinks and Junk Foods.. Pero kumakain parin pag binigyan ng mga friends na girl bihira nga lanng to.. ahaah..
    pero di parin nawawala salmon at ibang protein source before and after ng Training...

    ako mas pipiliin ko mapasobra kain mo ng konting baboy or ibang dirty foods keysa kumulang dahil ingat na ingat ka dahil count ng calories...

    When on the cheap, I eat 5 to 6 raw eggs as my meal :)

    Sometimes I eat around 20 raw eggs on days when there is no food to cook


    Of course, if possible, chicken breast part is my top priority

    BTT:

    Sa "masipag days"

    Break fast - Oatmeal + 3 eggs + Whey Pro (If available)
    Mid-morning - yogurt/chuckie
    Lunch - Fish/veggie meal with half rice
    Afternoon snack - Saba/chuckie
    Dinner/PW meal - Tuna+half rice + whey pro

    On tamad days

    around 2 years ko na yata ginagawa ang pagkain ng raw egg
