[/size][size=medium] Hello to all members. I'm Rene. I'm a retired senior citizen that got into lifting weights by doctors advice to exercise. My goal was to just tone my muscles and retain whatever muscle I had. Months later, I really liked lifting weights and got into what I consider serious lifting. Pretty proud of what I had done and got into supplements. I'll post a thread in Supplements which I think will help other members. Again hello to all.

Wed.-Back/triceps
Fri.-Shoulders
Sat.-Legs/abs
Rest day in between. I won't hit the same muscle group for another 7 days. Kasi hindi na kaya ng senior citizen yung everyday sa gym. Also when you only take 2-3 days off and hit that same group of muscles. I noticed I wasn't getting sore. Meaning the muscle tissue has not completely repaired and you're tearing them up again. And you're the only one that can figure this out. Kasi everyone iba-iba mag respond at mga bata mabilis maka repair lalo na maganda ang diet at supplements. I applaud you Bro for wanting to get fit and healthy. But listen to your body, it tells you everyting you need to know how to maintain it. I myself focus on form and excecution of the movement and not how heavy I can lift. The weight will increase as you get the form and execution properly. Mabigat nga,,looks impressive to others pero mali form and execution,,turns into wasted energy. I also concentrate on what I'm doing, I focus on me. I'm not there for anyone else but me. Sure I have alot of friends at the gym. But when it's time to do a set,,,it's me and my trainer who is btw,,,Golds Gym certified...big plus for me Bro. Anyway Bro that's my routine and mind-set. Medyo napa haba respond ko, gusto ko lang share natutunan ko baka meron akong matulugan in the process. Best Wishes Bro cheers
