    mga bro.. i know there are training programs based on body types.. and determining one's body type usually comes in measurements. One factor is bone structure.

    Now based on research, human bones stops growing at the age of 21 for men and 18 for women..

    So does it mean that an 18yr old boy's body type can change when he reaches 21?

    With that in mind, are there any parameters when it comes to age in determining one's body type? or say, minimum age?

    i tried searching and asking some experts but no response yet.

    Maybe someone here can shed light on this subject :smile:

    check out Jim Stoppani's shortcut to size.. it can be a good follow-up program since you've gained good strength on the 5x5.

    You can tweak a bit of resting time if you think the session program if a bit long (more than 50mins is already long for me)



  • Hi, I know that Promatrix7 is popular among bodybuilding enthusiasts but why can't I seem to find the company's website? After reading about certain foreign brands of whey containing heavy metals, I can't help but be paranoid about Promatrix7, especially since its advertising is virtually non-existent and it only seems to be available here in the Philippines. Is it even BFAD-approved?

    simple lang yan. kung hindi ka sure wag gumamit. lol. basta ako mag pm7 dahil walang budget haha

    oo masarap naman pag ka choco nya, makapal lng talaga texture, pero peborit ko sya ihalo sa cereals at oatmeal. madali naman ishake wala naman buobuo exagerated lang ung iba kesyo mahirap mag shake, lake lake ng braso hirap mag shake lolz.

    oo masarap naman pag ka choco nya, makapal lng talaga texture, pero peborit ko sya ihalo sa cereals at oatmeal. madali naman ishake wala naman buobuo exagerated lang ung iba kesyo mahirap mag shake, lake lake ng braso hirap mag shake lolz.

    Oo mas trip ko pa nga to kesa sa ON double choco, tinry ko din ihalo sa oatmeal at gatas, lalong sumarap lol.
    Nyahaha baka wala ng lakas magshake pag tapos magbuhat.
    Tama madali naman talaga ishake wala ako problema sa buo buo not unless sa baso mo titimplahin. 200 lang naman shaker lol

    sir dalts ask lang ako if pag bulk mode, mag vary ba yung rest time mo sa reps???? kasi mostly 1 min ako e,after sa 1st set, and den load ng kunti sa 2nd set ang rest time ko naman is 1:30mins - den 3rd set load na naman den rest time is 2mins... tama ba?

    sakin kase 2 program ko, isang reverse pyramid at ung bigay ni papa mighty, ung bigay ni papa mighty pag legs at delts ko un, pag back,chest,bis,tris heavy ako,

    pag pyramid 1 wu.then working set ko sa mabigat na agad, lets say incline db press, wu 35lbs each, then akyat agad ng 80lbs or 75lbs depende sa lakas ko, ang rest ko is 45secs to 1min, 4sets yan pababa, pag ung program ni papa mighty, ang rest ko depende kase dapat with in 15mins matapos ko ung 60reps, pero usually 8mins tapos nako, ang rest ko dun 1min or mababa pa, never ako umangat ng 1min gsto ko kase soar na ung muscle ko ayaw ko ng napapahinga ng matagal, dapat sakto lang,

    Dere deretso yun until 60 reps? (within 15mins)?

    basta hindi ka lumagpas ng 15mins matapos mo ung 60reps, pero usually 8mins tapos nako with rest period kada set.

    Yan din na experience ko before. May pending na case na ata yan sa US due to non adherence to manufacturing standards. In short madumi daw.

    guys ok lng hnd ko n bilangin ang calorie intake ko? sundan ko n lng un high protein,low carbs, nd low fatsn phkain ko, wat do u think?

    You should at least know your calorie intake day-in day-out (or at least get the "real" estimate) not the hit-or-miss kind of estimation kasi if you don't it's gonna be as just as like estimating your gains/progress and also same thing equates in estimating (blindly) in reaching your goals.

    regarding sa shoulder mo, better consult na sa PT yan baka ma aggravate pa masyado. try mo i PM si lastresort. bihira ko na sya nakikita naka online.
