    *para kong nangalay.haha.. masters, ok lang ba na 3 mins. interval ung bawat set ko?

    eh sir allen, pinaupo niya ko s parang powercage na may upuan for military press. eh nahiya nman ako na di sumunod.haha.. after ng 1st set 5th rep binaba ko na sabi skin bkt ko daw binaba di ko na daw ba kaya sabi ko hindi 5 set 5 rep ako ngaun.. sabi skin hindi 3 x 12 gawin mo.. haha sinunod ko nalang kakahiya kc eh 1st tym ko s gym n un. kya without hesitation nd doubt ginawa ko nlng.tsk.. nasira tuloy ung routine and pinaworkout p q ng pinaworkout ng puro shoulders sakit tuloy ng shoulders ko. bad3p eh..

    Yan yung mga perfect times na maging suplado sa isang tao. Hindi naman sa pagiging arrogante, pero dapat malaman ng mga taong ganyan na wag makialam sa ginagawa ng iba pwera nalang kung sila ang hihingan ng tulong. Of course isa sa exceptions to the rule, kapag si sir Eddie Torres o Mark Rippetoe magbigay sayo ng unsolicited advice, kasi alam talaga nila. Yan ang trick para hindi ka istorbohin ng mga know-it-all sa gym, keep your game face on at maging prangka na ayaw mong istorbohin.

    ^Tama si boss dalts , kasi may sarili ka ng program at hindi ka naman humingi ng tulong sa kanya.
    Unless siguro kung instructor naman dun sa gym niyo e baka mas nakikita niya kung ano ang mas dapat para sayo base dun sa nakikita niya.

    yup nagaassist.. ibinilin ako s knya nung may ari ata un na iassist daw ako. and sya din ung tagalinis dun.bd3p lang eh..

    di na ko mag WO dun.haha.. nakakhiya kasi na di muna sumunod.. baka kung ano masabi.
    anyway ulitin ko nlang ung 5x5 next week.. nakaka 1st day pa lang nman ako dun mga sir..

    hanap din ulit ako ng ibang gym n mapag Workoutan.. limited visits lang din kasi ko s Golds.. eh nid ko din tipirin un..

    ok lang mag WO dun ulit hayaan mo sya magmarunong, Sabihin mo may sinusunod ka na program for "strength". pag di pa din nakinig sabihin mo "my business here is to train and follow my workout program, your business is NOT to mess w/ my business OK?" nyahaha! :P pero seriously ako i never give unsolicited advices unless may completely mali na sa form that could lead to serious injury. pero kung yung type ng program nila, kiber ko na lang. kung gusto nila ma overtrain thats their perogative katawan naman nila yun eh. but of course pag may nagtanong syempre we are nice to them lalo na pag chicks nyahahaha!

    haha naumay na din ako bumalik dun sir DS.. dito kasi sa LP konti lang ung ok na gym or di ko p lang nadidiscover ung iba.haha.. nahiya din naman na di ko pansinin ung nagassist.. and sabi pa nga nung may ari s WO ko bt dw nag back ako ng twice sa 1 week ung pendlay rows and deadlift. haha un lang sir walang chicks dat tym.hahaha

    sirs, may maisusuggest po ba kayo na pwedeng substitute sa standing Military press.. talagang d ko sya maperfect lage nlang nagiging atrocious ung form ko.. and sa SMP lang ako natatagalan mag increase ng weight till now nasa 30 lbs pa din ako.. and s 30 lbs na yun d ko magawa ang ilang set ng maayos.

    ah gnun ba sir? talagang sobrang pangit ng nagiging form ko eh pag ginagaw ko yang SMP pg nag increase ng weight.. edi sir allen, best na gawin ko is mag deload muna ulit..?

    Pwede, babaan mo muna siguro yung weight basta not too light na parang wala ng challenge sa maskels mo.
    Dapat heavy enough pero proper form ka pa din.
    Baka ma injured ka pa jan pag hindi tama ang form mo.

    lol. same tayo ng problema. haha. just did day 2 ng 5x5 kanina, 2nd week ko na na 45lbs yung MP ko. haha. sinubukan ko seated, masmahirap pala. lol. hahahaa :biggrin:

    try ko muna mg deload next2 week.. for the mean time 1 week rest muna exams kasi.. noted sir allen maybe i'll deload to 20lbs muna para iwas injury din..

    haha.. buti ka pa nga sir harley 45lbs k..eh ako 30 lang talaga.. haha.. for me mas madali pag seated. :)

    I'm on my 5th week of 5x5 program..

    then next week deload.. then phase 2.. the 3x3
    sirs, what can you suggest during this phase? should i add some isolation exercises?

    sir arwin un po kasi ung nakalagay s bill starr 5x5 after week 5.. the week 6 is called deload.. den proceed to phase 2.. kaya lang ung modified phase 2 nila is exclusive for eclipse members. siguro may inadd sila na isolation exercises.. ano po ba maisusuggest niyo?

    ah okay akala ko kaya ka nag deload kasi nabibigatan ka na. D ako pamilyar sa 5 x 5 ni bill starr kasi nag starting strength muna ako ni rippetoe kaya wala ako mag suggest sa yo na kung anong isolation exercises ang pwedeng i add.
